Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work. All I can say now is HAPPY HOUSE HAPPY SPOUSE. Thank so much guys for everything.

Even though it was after hours and outside temperatures hovered around 90°, Dane showed up less than an 45 minutes later with a smile on his face and the most positive professional attitude we've ever witnessed. Maverick was the only septic service that called me back. One other messaged for me to call them. The other never responded. What was great was Rachel scheduled me for today at 10 AM and Jason arrived promptly! I went outside, met him as my husband had a small conversation with him, and by the time I was done with a morning meeting, my husband paid him and he was gone. My parents house is much larger than my Airbnbs but the other company seemed to take much longer to do the same job there. I think Maverick has earned 3 new customers! Highly recommend!

To our surprise (and worry), the side awning of our Class A coach had sprung open in the middle of traffic during rush hour. It was a stressful and unsafe situation. By pure chance, Jason happened to be driving behind us in his company truck. Without hesitation, he stopped in the next lane, jumped out, and immediately went into action. He helped me remove the awning arms and fabric, offered his tools, and even volunteered to throw away the damaged parts in his pickup. What could have been a disastrous start to our vacation turned into a safe and manageable experience, all thanks to his quick thinking and generosity. If Jason treats a complete stranger with that kind of kindness and professionalism, I can only imagine the level of care and dedication he brings to his customers.
