These two guys were extremely polite, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Can't say enough good things about the whole process.

Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work. All I can say now is HAPPY HOUSE HAPPY SPOUSE. Thank so much guys for everything.

FYI Avalon Air is absolutely, positively the best HVAC…read morecompany we've ever dealt with. Our AC quit cooling just before 5:30 PM last Wednesday, and the temperature inside our house quickly started climbing. We called (850) 208-2669 and talked directly with an on-call Service Technician, Dane Petti. He was wrapping up another service call, and he scheduled us as his next appointment. Even though it was after hours and outside temperatures hovered around 90°, Dane showed up less than an 45 minutes later with a smile on his face and the most positive professional attitude we've ever witnessed. Well prepared and evidently highly skilled, Dane fixed our system in under 15 minutes. We can't be more impressed, and we're extremely grateful What would ordinarily have been a miserable evening and a long hot night turned out to be a perfect opportunity to meet a young craftsman and enjoy a superior level of customer service. THANK YOU, DANE! THANK YOU, Avalon Air Heating & Cooling!

Wish I could give zero stars. Home warranty company sent Emerald Coast out to evaluate my A/C issue…read morein Gulf Breeze, FL. I already had a reputable company come out and diagnose the problem and provide a quote, but I had to go through the process with this company. EC told me that I needed a new condenser as it had a leak and there was no refrigerant. I already knew this. When they submitted their report to the home warranty company, I needed a new condenser AND all of the sudden I needed a new air handler too. There were also "non-covered" warranty items totaling over $5,000 for things I did not need. I had the condenser replaced for $3100 without a bunch of made up charges. What a scam. They are ripping off the warranty company as well as ripping off the customer.

I didn't trust the company because he was willing to go behind the warranty companies back. I still would have had to pay him $1800. I got a second quote. They decided not to do a repair quote at all, just a replacement quote. They quoted me $8,000+. The guy came into my home, sat close to me, mentioning that he doesn't bite, and if he does something... I dont recall but it was something slick and inappropriate. He put his hand on my back as he was talking to me. I felt so uncomfortable! This company, Emerald Coast Air Conditioning and Heating INC came out and informed me that my freeon was low and that someone had turned the valve off outside. In a matter of minutes my AC was working after waiting weeks. I am very grateful that they were able to fix the issue and didn't just see dollar signs. They were peofessional. The auality of service was great. He explained things to me so that i understood what was going on. I am surprised to see all the negative reviews but im big on reviews and they did an awesome job.
