Called several local plumbers who either never even called back or gave estimates for double the amount this company charged us. Tom (Owner) was able to get Adam (plumber) out to us within a day and completely rebuild our sink plumbing with new parts and piping. Neither worked properly and then the hoses connected to the disposal came off when trying to run the dishwasher! We had heard good things about EXPERT TOUCH and called them. They came when they promised, they were prompt and called to make sure they could come earlier than expected which was very good of them. Both the owner Thomas (Tom) and his employee Adam were professional, friendly and Expert at fixing the problems very quickly. They tested their work to the max to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems with loose hoses. Not only that but under the sink was spotless after their work and the best part besides everything working perfectly -the original installer used a wet, white sealer around the hoses that looked awful- Expert Touch totally cleaned up the white 'sealer'. As their jingle for the company Expert Touch goes -"If you want the job done right, call the Expert Touch!". I now agree completely with that jingle! I know they do more than household plumbing - Tom is a Master Plumber and also does sewer and drain cleaning and gas piping which for our area is so important. So, if you have any plumbing or piping needs, I recommend you call Expert Touch first!

I thought it could be something quickly fixed, but it turned out that the entire unit needed replacing. They were able to get out the very next day in the morning. The plumber, Austin was very nice and thorough. He was great at explaining his recommendations and the differences in the brands. He also was knowledgeable about the various warranties for the tankless water heaters as well as his service. I found him to be friendly and timely. He also provided great communication in regards to when he could obtain the recommended tankless water heater and when he would be out to install it the next day. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and my interaction with Austin. He was very helpful in helping me move some items. He also left the work area cleaned and disposed of the old water heater. The old water heater installation was very unorganized so he did put the pipes and everything back on the wall and left them better than they were before. It took him about two hours to install the new tankless water heater. If I have another issue, I will certainly reach out to Emerald Bay Plumbing as I feel like Austin provided good advice and seemed to Reflect a trustworthy spirit of this business.
