They came when they promised, they were prompt and called to make sure they could come earlier than expected which was very good of them. Both the owner Thomas (Tom) and his employee Adam were professional, friendly and Expert at fixing the problems very quickly. They tested their work to the max to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems with loose hoses. Not only that but under the sink was spotless after their work and the best part besides everything working perfectly -the original installer used a wet, white sealer around the hoses that looked awful- Expert Touch totally cleaned up the white 'sealer'. As their jingle for the company Expert Touch goes -"If you want the job done right, call the Expert Touch!". I now agree completely with that jingle! I know they do more than household plumbing - Tom is a Master Plumber and also does sewer and drain cleaning and gas piping which for our area is so important.
