I called this company to have the HVAC person look at my air ducts and insulation at my mother's…read morehouse that she has been living in since the mid 60's. Rusty Jones came to the house and did a thorough inspection of the inside unit, the condenser, and ductwork/insulation in the attic. Rusty was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in answering all our questions and giving us suggestions. I was very thankful that he gave us such honest feedback and didn't try to sell my mother a new air duct system or tell us that we needed to replace the insulation. My mother rarely has an HVAC tech, plumber, or electrician leave her home without suggesting that she needs to have something repaired or replaced. Rusty was very friendly and down to earth. He is an expert in HVAC and I have full confidence in that what he shared with me and my mother is accurate. Thank you Rusty/Advantage!

Long review - While everyone we encountered is very nice I have to give one star. Anyone can make…read morea mistake but when you are paying over $20,000 for a service there are certain expectations. First the job was $2500 more than initially quoted. I don't mind paying for a service, I expect to, but I am not an electrical expert so when I ask someone for a quote I think it's reasonable that they, being the experts, can tell me what needs to be done, apparently in the quote process some things were missed, I expressed my displeasure, moving on. Then, after the job was "completed" we had small things not done, again mistakes can be made no big deal, it was over the July 4th weekend, but even then just a response of we got your info we will address it, but we were told that they have other jobs going and basically they will get to it and it was not until we received a text requesting a review and a low review was given that we got a response. Small things finally fixed. HOWEVER, apparently the saga continues in that we were double charged to the tune of $21,200 so yes $42,400 (more than I paid for my 2017 Suburban). Again, mistakes happen but since we've tried to contact Advantage and received no response my hope is they will see this review and call. They are pleasant people and I hate giving a bad review but it seems to be the only way to get their attention.

We also asked them to replumb the under sink drain. $580...ok no problem, small price to pay to have it done professionally, right? wrong. leaks in the drain, which was some corrugated crap kit their "installer" picked up somewhere, leaks in the supply lines. was getting no hot water at the sink. Called to address the issue. they sent out the same guy and he said we must have a bad water heater. Some coincidence that the water heater died at the same time. We said, ok, need a new water heater. Bought one at HD and had a reputable plumbing company install it. Also had them replumb the drain under the kitchen sink the right way to do away with the leaking issue. Still no hot water at the sink the next day. called the plumbing company back out and they took another look at the faucet installation by Honey Do. The Honey Do installer had reversed the supply lines. Hot to the cold side and cold to the hot side. Lesson learned. Tried to contact them to request a partial refund.
