Tom (Owner) was able to get Adam (plumber) out to us within a day and completely rebuild our sink plumbing with new parts and piping. Adam had all parts required to do the job readily available on their service van and did the work in an efficient and professional manner. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

Neither worked properly and then the hoses connected to the disposal came off when trying to run the dishwasher! We had heard good things about EXPERT TOUCH and called them. They came when they promised, they were prompt and called to make sure they could come earlier than expected which was very good of them. Both the owner Thomas (Tom) and his employee Adam were professional, friendly and Expert at fixing the problems very quickly. They tested their work to the max to make sure we wouldn't have any more problems with loose hoses. Not only that but under the sink was spotless after their work and the best part besides everything working perfectly -the original installer used a wet, white sealer around the hoses that looked awful- Expert Touch totally cleaned up the white 'sealer'. As their jingle for the company Expert Touch goes -"If you want the job done right, call the Expert Touch!". I now agree completely with that jingle! I know they do more than household plumbing - Tom is a Master Plumber and also does sewer and drain cleaning and gas piping which for our area is so important. So, if you have any plumbing or piping needs, I recommend you call Expert Touch first!

With that said I will have to take issue with the fact that there is no breakdown of the invoice that was left for the job completion. I understand that the job took 2 hours @ $160.00 an hour... but was reported to me that the technician left my house the job site twice to go get parts for the job and mind you my house is 0.03 miles for the job warehouse. So $320.00 in labor and another $80 in parts? For a hose Bib? And two couplings? But to my surprise looking up the job it says the average cost can be between $150 to $450 to remove and replace, so I guess my only real issue of concern is that this company while doing good work doesn't give you a good invoice breakdown. And then leaving the job work site a little messy! And then I will now need to hire a siding person to repair the siding. In closing I really think it's a good idea to let your clients know exactly what they are paying for and if you leave to job for any reason to go get any and all extra parts it should not be at their expense.

Apparently you didn't understand what the problem was, used unnecessary parts and spent a long time "repairing" it. Minor repairs to two toilets were acceptable. You returned to problem solve and fix it, though it was still leaking when you left. Again you said that it was suppose to be that way. After researching we found the fixture that we have, on line at Lowe's. It also had diagrams on parts and how to install it and replacement parts. We sent this information to you. You returned a third time and, after the information we sent you, had it repaired in a very short time. After the first visit you charged us $590 and had to return twice, after WE figured out what the problem was. The stopper is still not like the one in the other sink. We feel that parts and labor on the first visit would have been unnecessary if you had had the correct parts. We have never had repair service that was this unsatisfactory.
