DO NOT USE THIS STORE. If you do not feel like reading my long account of my experience, here's the summary: you are likely to get completely ripped off and stuck with horrible customer service. I brought my laptop in this past October because I spilled water on it. After waiting around for weeks without hearing back, I finally called to check on it, only to hear that nothing had been done. After I kept calling back every day for a week, I finally heard back that they needed to order in a part. The part took a week to come in, and then they took several more weeks to put it on. I was told it was ready, so I came in and paid FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS to get my laptop back. Got it home, turned it on- several of the keys still didn't work. So, back to the shop it went. I kept waiting and waiting and never heard from them. When I called, they basically told me that they lost the employee who had been working on it so it was just taken apart, sitting in the back on a table. I understand that things happen, but if they do you should inform your customers! I should not have to dig to find out what is happening, the people I am PAYING should be keeping me updated. Well, I finally got my laptop today (mid January). I found out that it is fried and nothing can be done. They refused to give me any sort of refund, so I paid them 400 dollars to literally do nothing for three months. read more

I got my custom built computer from this store a few years ago and also got my brother's computer here as well. Never had an issue with either one. Both computers work like a charm. Also had taken my laptop here ages ago for a screen repair and everything dealing with that was handled well. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my computer(s) repaired or updated. I have been a customer of Panther computers since the early 2000's. I have just had my second computer built by them and I am extremely happy. They have repaired my computers and built my new ones. I always get the best service and if I have questions they take the time to "educate" me. I trust them and never hesitate to call if I have questions and they always take care of my concerns. I love my new computer, it's awesome. Thanks Joe, you were right about the speed and all it works just as advertised. You know I could have gone any where and bought a computer, but I would not have got one like this or one exactly like what I ordered to fit my needs. I sat down with Joe and we talked about my computer and he actually helped me get a better computer for my money. Technology chan...ges everyday and you have to stay on top of it, and I believe Joe does a great job of doing just that. I can say this I have known Joe for over 30 yrs. His honesty and integrity is top notch. He say's what he means and means what he say's. He is easy to work with and he listens to his customers and their needs. I have been a customer of his for numerous years and I will not let anybody else touch or work on my computer gear. I must say that if I had the option of giving no stars at all, I would chose NONE! Joe, the owner/CEO of this company is one of the rudest as*holes that I have ever had to attempt to do business with. First, I thought that going with Panther Computers was the way to go since their prices seemed reasonable. Now I know that it is because there is a nonexistent customer service, the equipment was used, had viruses and whatever else on it. When we tried to resolve the matter, he became aggressive and jumped behind his famous, "no leg to stand on" banter, which I assume he uses more often then not because, like I said, as*hole. He then went on to say that the computer had no virus, then a virus, then hardware problem, then software problem, then corruption. All in the course of 14 days of usage. WORST 2 week "brand new" computer EVER!!! Their office is junk. Installation and mold everywhere. He doesn't even stand to greet a customer and if you say something he doesn't like, he turns away from you and ignores you. Lack of warranty... etc. If you ever think about doing business here. RUN AWAY!!! You would be better off taking a crap shoot and buying off of some shady craigslist add. (That is a serious statement). read more
