However, when I went to pick it up, they told me a new blade had been installed, which didn't make sense since that wasn't part of my request. Once home, I checked and the blade was clearly not new. I have no problem paying a fair fee for their time and effort, but I do take issue with being misled. Although they came highly recommended by a trusted friend, this experience left me disappointed and, unfortunately, I don't feel I can trust them.

I took it to the Gulf Breeze store last month to get them to fix leak and to show me where the spring gets hooked up on the carborator and they couldn't tell me - they had to look it up so I had to leave it there and they charged me $56. to put it on. They told me it needed a new carborator - I said no - took it home and hooked up water and it started just fine. I called Seville power Equipment to explain what happened and James was kind enough to ask me to bring it there for them to make it right. They fixed it and it works great!
