They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. They were friendly, professional, conscientious, and considerate in dealing with someone else's home. They resolved the issue and when they were finished, they straightened out the area (the garage) noticeably more than it had been before they started. Also, the old house had some problems inside. The exploratory crew which was Tyson and PJ found rodent-chewed wiring as well as other issues. They also figured out where electrical wires, which were literally poking out of drywall, led and either decommissioned the wires or remade them into the light switches they once were. Tyson and PJ also did an awesome job of installing new electric boxes for my ceiling fans. This old house is no longer such a fire hazard and has light again.

When they left, I felt like my house could catch fire at any minute. They never checked voltage or current. Just looked at the box and a female who knows nothing about electrical work and showed me a quote on the phone for $8,000. Then said the permit would be $300+ and texted to see if they could pull the permit. They were so eager that I got a second opinion...from an honest company, and the work for what they said was $8,000 is getting done for $350.
