The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.

They showed up Friday hooking up the gas lines, this is when I was told that an inspector would have to come out and inspect the work. Well the inspector was coming out first thing Monday morning the 24 of August 2026, and you guest it "No Inspector". The Generator guy came to start my generator, but could not do anything because "No Gas Inspector". The generator guy says he has no ideal as to what happen. Here it is 8 days later and no operating generator. I wish I had never called the "Generator Guy". I do not suggest anyone dealing with company.
