I found Bright Light Irrigation Repair via Yelp!. I must admit, I did not read any of their reviews, however I notice their star rating. Bright Light Irrigation Repair contacted me and we scheduled an appointment. The two service men fixed the issue with my sprinklers as well as adjusted them. One of the potential fixes was not necessary and they let me know I did not need it. I appreciated their honesty and I recommend them fully. Thank you for your professional service. I could not be pleased more. Rick Montoya read more

This company does not return repeated phone calls and they are no hurry whatsoever to come by and give estimates etc. I was a returning customer but I guess they are making too much money to be bothered. I can not recommend them! read more

I called them a long time ago. We set up a date and a time for him to come out and give me prices and what not and he canceled it. I tried to reschedule and he told me that he didn't have time for any new customers after he already broke the date we set to come out and give me an estimate very poor professionalism I wouldn't recommend them read more

Quick to respond and very knowledgeable technicians. I had a few zones not shut off and am glad I called bright light after attempting to fix it myself. These guys are the regional experts and thankfully they don't charge an arm and a leg. read more

I called to get an estimate on tuning up my sprinkler system in my yard. Chad showed up and started working on my system. I asked him was he good to work on it right now because I thought this was just a quote. He told me his price per hour and he thought it would take about an hour to clean my whole system up, and I said you're hired. He went to work and he didn't stop until he had it all running well sprinkler heads moved and broken pipes repaired. Great company they are serious. They come with a truck full of parts. I will use them if I ever have another sprinkler issue. Best value for the money I've spent with any contractor. read more

So our pool guy replaced the pool pump and he has accidentally shut the irrigation pump so my sprinkler wouldn't come on but the time it was still saying it was so my cousin told me that so he came out and he went over the panel and he got the breaker back on and it worked he made some adjustments read more

Terrible quality and customer service. They are totally unresponsive after my initial sprinkler system was installed improperly and doesn't cover many areas of my lawn which are now dead thanks to their ineptitude and lack of responsiveness. I regret spending thousands of dollars for this level of quality and service. read more

I can't say enough about Bright Light Irrigation Repir! Chad came out the very next day I called. He explained what he was doing and why. Small leak in my sprinkler line repaired quickly and without a mess. Chad and his partner even took the time to check every sprinkler head and adjusted them as needed. My system is a little older, when it comes time to repair or replace, I will be using Bright Light Irrigation Repair. Thank you again. read more

Everything I expected . . .plus. They were on time, they were clear with me on what they were doing and the cost beforehand. They put a new Rainbird Mod Controller and set it for me as well as replacing missing emitters. Tom and his brother were super-fast, professional, friendly and delivered the goods with no problems at all, thanks guys. read more

After 48 hours and never got a call back. Maybe they are no longer in business. Would have been better to call back regardless

Fantastic service and reasonably priced. The technician gave extensive instruction on how to use my pump as well as the proper times it should be set for. Quick and efficient, as well as fairly priced. I did price out other companies and I had left messages on several. Bright Light was the first to respond back and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. read more
