I was surprised by an interaction that I witnessed where a customer asked a question of an employee and the employee was rude and dismissive. Maybe Home Depot should discount self check out if they won't pay people to help.

Every individual I interacted with--from the two front-line counter employees to the assistant manager and manager--gave the impression that returning a product was an inconvenience to them rather than part of serving the customer.
