Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed. Well, it didn't match, and when I came back - and stood around waiting for at least 15 minutes - was met with an eat-shit attitude and "well I can't be giving away cans of paint." That's an understandable position, but if that's the stores position on returns, then what you *shouldn't* do is send customers out of the door with a "come back and we'll make it right." I've always had a good experience here with the staff. Hell I've known them on a first name basis for years now. Won't be giving them my business anymore.

On 3/5 I bought a new pair of trail boots. I tried the left one on in the store and it fit great. Flash forward to wearing them both for the first time. As with any boots you have to break them in however this right boot has a hard area that not only bruised my ankle but rubbed it raw. I get my receipts via email but couldn't find it in my email however the date of purchase and order number shows in my tractor supply account. I went to return the boots and first they said they couldn't find the purchase looking up my phone number. Then they said they can't accept it because they have been worn. Well obviously I had to wear them to see they are clearly defective. I would have been fine with even just a discounted store credit. Per there policy within 30 days it says worn shoes can be refunded through manufacturer warranty. I was told "maybe I can try selling them on Facebook". Yes I'm sure someone else wants boots that are defective. I will be reaching out to corporate over this treatment and I will not be shopping at Navarre Tractor supply ever again.
