Would never recommend! Liars and scammers! I went in to only purchase 2 new phones. I was lied to and deceived regarding the current promotions available, in order to scam me. I do not need 2 more lines but was told if I did that I would save money and the only way to get new phones was to do a 24 month plan and the "Promotion" he told me multiple times (I have witnesses) was for Buy one phone at full price and you get a second phone free. However that was a complete lie and not only am I now paying for 2 additional lines that have never been used, he conned me into a more expensive plan that I never wanted to change AND charged me full price for BOTH phones! Liars and scammers!! I would never recommend this location. I can't speak for all of them but it seems like this is just how T-mobile does shady business. read more

On-Line support sent me into the store to cancel an account and the representatives apologized and said that wasn't the case. Representative Faye, went above and beyond to assist me even patiently listening and trying multiple things to gt me what I needed. She is an asset to the company - everyone in trouble, please go see Faye - she has your back! read more

I have been with TMobile since the 1990's. I have 5 phone lines. Can not say enough good things about the company. I have friends that have changed their cell phone providers numerous times. I don't have that problem. Don't need to change. Very satisfied. As far as this TMobile location. Always very helpful. Yes, it is busy at times. They all are. However, every time I have been in to this location the reps are super nice, and they are cell phone geeks, I love it !!!! They know their phones. So far no problems. I highly recommend TMobile. And this location, excellent TMobile Reps. read more

This is the most helpful cellular provider retail location I have ever been to. Every time I come in here, they're always up to the task. I once switched phones and couldn't send texts for some reason, and after visiting two other T-Mobile stores and burning up the internet and telephone with support forums and help desks, I came by here and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. This is a store with a good group of people working here. Thanks! read more

If i could rate it zero i would! I called to ask for help regarding a claim and my jump program because my husband lost his phone. A associate name matt, was very rude and just hanged up. I honestly would not recommend this place to go to for help. read more

First, my bill was more than $35more per month than they told me it would be in the store when I added a second line. Then, when I sent in a defective devise thru warranty, they said it was broken when they received it. Even after discussing with a manager & going over my FIVE YEAR LOYALTY to them, they insist I am responsible for $300 out of warranty costs. Even though I have insurance where my deductible would be a LOT less if I had actually cracked the screen. So now they are losing a formerly loyal customer and I'm happy to tell the world how much they SUCK. read more

This location the associates, are busy alot and I understand, but they are rude when they tell you it is going to be a while, like you are a nuisance to them, not a smile or warm greeting, and this is more than one occasion. I end up driving 25 minutes out of my way to go to another location. read more

DO NOT sign up for phone service with T-mobile in this region!!! I was a loyal T-mobile customer---we had phone service with them when we were stationed in Germany for years. We lived in Cali and had NO issues with T-mobile until we moved here..HERES THE DEAL: They don't tell you when you sign a 2 year contract and buy an expensive smart phone that Eglin Air Force Base owns the 3G/4G signal in the FWB/Destin/Navarre area and will NOT release it to T-mobile...It took me a year (at $110.00 a month) to get them to finally admit that there was a larger problem with their network in the region. The internet literally doesn't work on T-mobile smart phones until you enter the Pensacola area, and west of the FWB you have to hit Mirimar Beach before you can even use the internet on your smart phone. Emails? Sit in the inbox. Streaming videos? Ha! Yeah right. I know for a fact that they are trained by management to not mention anything about this, and instead come up with other excuses as to why your internet doesn't work (made me get two new sim cards, almost tried to get me to change my phone number, sent me a brand new phone, etc.) They said "We are working with Eglin, its just going to take some time"--yeah by the time a huge telecommunications giant like T-mobile and The United States Air Force go through years of legal B.S, T-mobile will not even exist anymore. Its pathetic and wrong-STAY AWAY!!!! read more
