The sales guy added an additional $20 a month service without approval or us even knowing it was added. Thankfully we got an email telling us that it had been added. Most people don't look at their bills so the services get added and then by the time you realize that your bills gone up an additional $20 a month, you've already paid it, and the sales dude has already gotten his commission off of the upgrade. I personally have been an AT&T customer since they purchased Cingular. Thanks to dishonest practices from multiple stores, I don't trust any of these retail stores anymore.. even the corporate ones are just as bad. They need to have customers sign off on their purchases and show exactly what is the new monthly fee and what the new additional charges are. If there is no signature then there is no additional service. These salesman going in after the fact and adding these additional cost to your bill is a scam. It was done to my parents in Sherman, Texas and it's being done at these stores here. I now only deal directly with customer service by phonel!!

I was really frustrated as I had no way to tell which it was. They came out the same day I called (this was huge as I'm an out-of-town property owner and have to arrange everything in advance, usually) and got my non-working Bose soundbar hooked up correctly and working for the first time in years! Right after they left I was cleaning dust bunnies from behind the electronic and the whole bunch fell down and cords got disconnected. Of course I couldn't get it working and hadn't yet photographed the correct cord setup. I called them & they came right back and patiently set it up, correctly again. Our home owners provider said we had to replace our water heater even though it is rarely used and…read moreshut off most of the time. We consulted Southern Pipe regarding an electric tankless model. Even though it is not as efficient, we thought it was the perfect options for us since we have limted space and the heater would rarely be used. David at Southern Pipe recommended a RHEEM RTEX-36 and quoted $652.02 total. He recommended this model knowing there is a tub & shower combo plus two sinks in this bathroom. The tub runs water at a little over 5 gallons per minute (GPM). This is standard and you would think that this guy would know that. After installation, another $600 or so, it will not handle the required flow. GUESS WHAT!?! They won't take it back. So much for customer service or trusting a company to be knowledgeable and professional.
