Instead helped customers who arrived after us. We continued to wait while 3 available workers talked about pizza and didn't acknowledge that we needed help. My phone went swimming with me and drowned. Dead. Completely worthless, so off to T-Mobile I had to go. Went to the one on 98 in Destin, FL. Got immediate help. Educated me on the phones. Guided me to what may fit my needs. Where Ben and his Mentor (said his name too fast for me to catch) were very patient with me. I did have to go back the next day for even more help and they were still patient and helpful. The whole experience is super frustrating and they got me through it without killing myself. read more

Staff is fine at this location. As per all Cell Phone places it takes a long wait to get some service because they are helping others and always seem to need 2 more people on the floor. This is a T-MOBILE complaint: I had a disturbing experience with T-Mobile this week. My Iphone 7 Plus has a problem with the ear speaker so I can only hear callers on Speaker Phone. I went into the local T-Mobile Store and the person helping me verified that the phone was bad and that there was no water damage. I have paid for the insurance for my phone (Protection 360) during the entire time I have had it and never used it. The clerk got on the phone with T_Mobile support and was told that I will have to wait 3 days to hear if they can/will replace my phone. WHAT! That is crazy. It has been verified that the phone was bad with no water damage (per the clerk) and I won't even know if or when they will replace my phone in 3 days. This is the third day and I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed in T-Mobile. I am going to call their support myself and escalate this until it gets handled today. BEWARE of this fellow T-Mobile users. QUESTION: Why have I been paying $14/month for the last 24 months? Anyone else have this type of an experience? read more

Everyone's fucking rude here. Walked in and didn't even get a greeting let alone a hello or how may I help you. When I asked if there was anywhere I can pay my bill he was super rude and just said no I had to wait. Maybe because he was busy flirting with a customer. So much for having customer service. Now I'm a little mad that I even gave T-Mobile my business. Not very good workers. They should consider stepping up their customer service attitude. I walked into this store with a brand new I phone 6 I had purchased and the wrong sim card which I bought online. Asked to return the incorrect one and get a new one. The woman informed me that I had to return it online. Not super happy about that but OK - I get it - she doesn't make the rules. I am not sure if this lady was unhappy that I brought my own phone in (do they make commission on phone sales?) but she had a really poor attitude from the start. Half way thru my transaction I asked her if there was some kind of issue or if I had offended her in someway. She said that I had not and her attitude improved marginally. I needed to port my old number in and didn't have the account info for AT&T - the employee told me I HAD TO CALL THEM TO DO IT. Untrue - I called T Mobile online - because I simply did not want to deal with the store employees and they were very helpful and got it done. I noticed that my plan was $50 with 1 gb limit - there was a $50 with 3gb limit online. I called the store to ask why my plan was different and the same employee told me and I quote - with the 3gb plan your plan will turn off when you reach the 3gb threshold - the 1gb does not". I had researched this pretty closely online and said are you 100% sure? She insisted that this was the case. The plan they singed me up for included international texting which I did not ask for. I again called T Mobile support and they switched me to the 3gb plan - stating that BOTH plans have a reduced speed when they reach their threshold (which is normal for this type of plan). T Mobile support changed it for me. I am unsure if this individual was having a bad day, is just normally incredibly rude or is clueless as to the specifics of the plans offered. I will refrain from naming her on here - but will be following up with their upper management to ensure that my complaint is heard. Really really unacceptable. I also work in retail management and this is not what I expect from a company that I am signing up for a service with. Rude! read more
