Such a fun coffee shop! The breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and coffee were so good! The ordering process was quick and easy.

Really cute place for coffee right in the heart of downtown Jackson. They offer a bunch of coffee beverages but since I don't drink coffee, I went for the bhakti chai. The barista asked what kind of milk I wanted which I appreciated very much cuz I forgot that I wanted oat milk with it. The chai came out fast even thought the place was pretty busy and it was very very good. Good strong flavor! The cup is so cute too! There's wifi if you want to work and plenty of outlets to charge your phone and laptop. Good amount of bar seating too. They have food too! I saw some people eating some sandwiches. I came back the next morning to order a breakfast burrito - which are pre-made - it has eggs and sausage and hash browns. It's not a huge burrito but it was really filling and was perfect for fueling me for a morning of skiing. It was DELICIOUS. They also sell their coffee beans - I came back on my last day to get some gifts. I loved this place and the staff are incredibly nice. Mountain town hospitality at its finest! read more

I was quite disappointed by our trip to Cowboy Coffee. Granted I didn't get up as early as I wanted to, and got here around 8, and the line was out the door! I'm not sure why halfway through waiting 20+ minutes they finally opened up a second line?! Hello- you should have done that 20 mins ago! Anyway, we finally got up to order and our food arrived super quickly (less than 5 mins). I'm not sure why the line was absolutely dragging because all the breakfast sandwiches were premade and packaged for folks to walk out the door! The food was great, but they got our order and gave my husband the wrong sandwich (still delicious), but just a very chaotic and sloppy business that morning! Hopefully, we caught just them off on a bad day! The cafe itself is tiny. They have different types of seating options inside: traditional tables, couches, and bar counters. I would not recommend any group larger than 4 on a busy morning coffee run! They do have a few patio seatings outside as well, but those fill up quickly as people march to stake holds on those while another person waits in line to order for their hungry family lol read more

This place is usually pretty busy having a line most days but they are pretty efficient and get through everyone in good time. Definitely worth the wait for a chai tea drinker like me they have a Bhakti chai here which I've only found at one other place. They also have cayenne pepper which means I don't have to add my own! They can make whatever you want they have an extensive menu of special drinks too for the non coffee drinkers like me. My husband was thrilled to death they had a nitro coffee and in a 24oz even! Prices are good too we've been in 3 times already during our stay and grab something on the way out of town. The staff has always been friendly and coffee and tea tasty, come check them out. Stopping through JH we obviously had to stop at the famous Cowboy Coffee. We loved the coffee and the staff was so kind and friendly. They have a great space with a good amount of tables. They sell their own coffee and have such cute merch! One thing I really liked is that they had little spill covers for the coffee when you travel and they're CC themed, so cute. Honestly this business does a fantastic job with branding. Yes, there is going to be a line but genuinely once the staff took my order, it was less than 3 minutes before my two coffees were out, one being speciality which says something about their service. The staff was friendly and surprisingly cheery at 6 AM. I assume that the cinnamon rolls are good, but they were out on this day. I got a regular coffee and a homemade banana chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was moist and flavorful, and I could have eaten another. This place is recommended for adults looking for coffee and a snack to start the day. Kudos to the patient staff working with the new guy on the register. He was bombing pretty severely, and the arrogant customers were getting impatient. My favorite gift to buy myself while traveling is a bag of locally roasted coffee -- it's unique and 'hard' to get at home, once you dig in it's immediately nostalgic and it's super satisfying as far as price-to-usage ratios are concerned. So when I was in Jackson WY on work I made sure to make a beeline to Cowboy Coffee. What could be more Wyoming, really?! As an admittedly snooty (but not THAT snooty) coffee lover I was more than impressed with the variety of coffee here. Big fan of their Teton and Cowboy Cactus blends, along with that Ethiopian blend they sell. Greatest news is you can actually order coffee directly from them and have it shipped, so I can treat myself again without the airfare. Most importantly, the ambiance and the graphic design this place has is sooooooo satisfying to me, a born and raised New Yorker who loves Western themed anything. We drove across the state on our way to Yellowstone and were really excited to stop by Cowboy Coffee after hearing so many good things. The café itself has a great look and vibe, and at first, we were impressed by the style and atmosphere. But the experience quickly turned sour. As soon as we walked in and asked a couple of simple questions, we were met with an incredibly rude employee. She wouldn't even make eye contact or acknowledge us, just pointed in the general direction of signs instead of answering politely. Every attempt at a friendly interaction was met with a cold, dismissive attitude like she didn't want to be there at all. That interaction set the tone for the rest of the visit. The coffee and hot chocolate we ordered were both mediocre...honestly, how do you mess up hot chocolate? We left feeling pretty disappointed. Maybe this place used to be good, but based on our experience, it's lost its charm. I wouldn't recommend it..not because of the drinks, but because of the people. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, we didn't see any here. read more
