As I went into Finance with Ryan he helped in any way he could with getting the car into a payment I was happy with but still making the process quick (not rushed). Telling me serval different options and giving me advice, as I am pretty young to be buying a higher end car. Since I was coming from out of town, they offered delivery, which I appreciated, but it seems the dealership already knew the brakes were bad prior to delivery. You would think a Mercedes-Benz dealership known for high quality would make sure every vehicle leaving the lot is in tip-top condition. The manager also never followed back up with me regarding the brake concerns. Had I been given the inspection and full information upfront, I would've appreciated the opportunity to make that decision beforehand instead of after the purchase was already completed. Overall, I love the car, but communication and transparency could have been handled much better.

What made the situation even more disappointing was that the conversation quickly shifted to asking whether I would be taking down my review. That approach feels disingenuous. Reviews are requested when the experience is positive, so it should not be an issue when a customer shares a negative experience that reflects what actually occurred. Additionally, being told that I "have my vehicle because of you" was both inappropriate and dismissive. I am the one who went through the credit process and will be responsible for making the payments. Statements like that come across as belittling rather than helpful. My interaction with Hany Sharaf has been one of the most unprofessional aspects of this entire situation. This experience has not reflected the level of respect or customer care that should be expected. I already knew the cost and what was on the vehicle ... so when I made my decision. Paperwork was straight forward and Mike Escalante, the finance manager, put together our paperwork. He was great to work with. Once he knew what we cared about and what we didn't ... he answered our questions and made several suggestions that were huge benefits for us. He owned the same vehicle we were purchasing, so he was very helpful and also gave his personal insight as an owner. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years. I usually do internet research and prefer to negotiate the specifics of the deal before I get to the dealership. Some places try and get you in ... and then try and figure out how to add in the costs to maximize the dealer profit to your detriment. Many try and get you into the dealership and then play the game where the salesman goes back and forth to the manager while you just sit and wait. This was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, it took months of negotiations with multiple dealerships to get to a good deal. Because of Mazda's approach ... and the professionalism and approach of their folks, I was able to get everything I needed within 1/2 day and the vehicle was purchased by that evening. Zac Krischke the internet manager just informed them that they will buy back the vehicle but will be upside down 5k. Why would they sell a vehicle that is going to break down within 2.5 months? Warranty was bought but doesn't cover the catalytic converter!!! They are selling JUNK to hard working customers!!! Look elsewhere if you are looking into buying. They deserve no stars!! Plus they want me to purchase another lemon! How crazy is that!
