This salon is the worst nail salon ever! It is dirty, nails are laying all over the floor, the workers smell, there weren't any clients and the lady aggressively told me she was not going to take me. She told me to stand and I was unable to sit. She told me to take my shoes off as soon as I walked in. The vibe sucks. It is dark, has bright colored signs, the workers don't speak English . I have been to many nail spas. This spa is extremely clean and sanitary. All of the people are terrific and very professional and friendly. I tend to go to Tom who does a very meticulous job on both my manicure and pedicure. He is a perfectionist and a pro at his craft. The facilities are first rate with very comfortable chairs. Cover Nails (in the shopping center with Walgreens, Coldstone & Petsmart) is a decent place to go for a manicure or pedicure -- it's in a convenient spot, the staff is nice, and everything seems clean and well-maintained. I've gotten several pedicures here, some with appointments, most as a walk-in, and have typically been happy with the results. Sometimes the atmosphere seems kind of hectic or rushed, but it's not so bad. It's definitely worthwhile if you need your nails done in a hurry and you're in the area. read more

I wasn't quite sure what to think of a nail salon that posts a banner "we buy used electronics" and a light up sign "we buy gold." I was actually a little confused. I came here to prepare for my beach vacation. On a rainy Thursday afternoon, you can imagine they were eager to take me as a walk in. Quick pedicure.. Don't expect too much massaging or scrubbing.The staff seems pleasant, but didn't chat much.. The girl doing my pedi literally didnt say a word.. Sort of awkward when you are the only client there. Went here for the first time today. I was a walk in for a pedicure. and they asked if I could wait 20 minutes. Not a problem at all. The salon is clean and they had an extremely up to date magazine selection. The man who did my pedicure gave me an awesome massage on both legs. He didn't skimp on either. It was heavenly. I would have preferred more scrubbing of my feet. It had been awhile since my last pedi. However it was a decent pedi and I was happy with the clean up and polish. Color selection is smaller than I would like but manageable. I would definitely come back. read more

Went on a recommendation and it was absolutely regretful. Left crying in my car on the way home due to the unsanitary conditions. Buffers and files used customer after customer, they are worn and covered in polish. Saw the tools just rinsed in the sink between customers. Removed my polish once home and rinsed off in peroxide. I regret not walking out in the middle of my service like I had wanted to. Will never return. Probably will never even get another professional nail service again after that. I really love this nail salon. I have always had a great experience. I usually get a pedicure and then a nail fill or a full set. My nails always look nice after. I love that they do not talk amongst themselves and annoy you..it's pink and modern....it's the kind where you can relax but it's quick and effecient. I used to go here all the time to get my nails filled-they're nice, friendly and not overly expensive. I stopped going because whenever I'd get a pedicure (which would be about once a month or every few months) I always got stuck with the young(ish) guy there. Don't get me wrong, I've been to salons before where my nails would come out better done by a guy but this salon wasn't like that. I get ingrown toe nails on my big toes and this guy never ONCE (and I saw him at least 3 times) cut my nails or even tried to get the ingrown nail cut down. The first time, they weren't that bad so I didn't say anything. The 2nd and third times, I told him I needed my nails cut because my toes were killing me. He just stared at me. The older gentleman who always did my fills, and new I never complained, heard me and came over and told him what I wanted. He did a semi-ok job but even after saying I needed more, I still left with painful toes. I haven't found a good place since to get my fills so I might go back for that but will NOT be getting a pedicure there ever again. nice place with friendly staff, great location. i was able to get a gel manicure on my lunch hour because the place was empty (which was kind of nice, i could just watch the news while getting my nails done with no noise!). The only reason for giving an OK rating is that they cut my cuticles all the way down (which is fine) but did not polish all the way down so it looks like they are already growing out. I"m disappointed because I'll have to get them re-done sooner. I'll probably give this place another shot given the convenient location, and just specify to polish all the way down! read more

I've been going to the shop for over a year. Really nice place and anyone that I have had do my nails does a great job. My friend and I went in for pedicures. It may have been an "off" day... But the gentleman who gave us both pedis was distracted. He was pretty rough when cutting and left bruises on both of my friend's ankles that were there for a week. The polish was all over the place... not a great experience. I don't get here as often because I moved farther away and I do my own nails most of the time. But you can't beat the price for the manicure and pedicure. Tom gives a great massage with the pedicure too. It's clean, they have very reasonable prices and you can usually get an appointment with short notice. read more

We walk in and the woman tells us to come back in 30 minutes because they were busy and could take us at that time. We come back 20 minutes later to find that they CLOSED the place.VERY ANGRY. I have been to this nail salon 3 times. The place is clean and nice inside thought I had a good place to go from now on as my nails looked good until today. I usually get the acrylic with glitter already in it so no polish is needed just UV Gel over it. I usually get the pink glitter and when its time to fill the process is different because acetone will not remove the glitter acrylic without removing entire nail so they need to be sanded to remove color to change to different glitter. Today I went in and needed a blue glitter this time as my sister is getting married this weekend. I told the woman I needed to change it. She told me she didnt have blue glitter acrylic when I know I have seen regardless I brought a specific blue polish just in case. So I told her to do regular acrylic with blue tips with polish I bought. She sanded nails but not enough to remove pink glitter. She told me blue would cover it or I could do a new set I explained they always sand it off no need for full set. She got upset while explaining it would not look good and she said it will cover glitter. I let her continue skeptical of outcome because this has happened before. At end it did not cover and she tried to take a baby pink polish to cover pink glitter after doing fill it loom awful. As she was putting top coat I said Nevermind I do not like them dont put top coat I need to go somewhere else where they know how to use this stuff. I gave her my card to pay her anyway so I could leave and she told me to just go. So I got up walked out quietly. I got to my car and she came runninng behind me and yelled because she tried to say she told me it would not cover because she did not want to admit she was wrong. She was yelling at me in the parking lot very rude and I was more shocked a business owner acts this way and found it sad that she wanted to cut corners to be faster instead of taking time to do my nails correctly in which they did the month prior. I felt threatened and nervous for my safety. I will never go there ever again. I told her that I was a nurse and If I cut corners in my job like she did that I would kill people and told her she should take pride in her work quality not quanity. Very very unprofessional to harass and use abusive language to a customer in your own parking lot so everyone knows how much of a sucky business owner you are. Good Luck staying in business! read more
