It was time to make this small repair and patch, but we also decided it was a good time to remove all the blown in insulation and replace with insulation batting. Patrick from Sound Crawls came to do the inspection and gave us a quote for the work we wanted done. In our opinion he did the best inspection of all the businesses that came to give us a quote. He was very flexible, willing to do less, but explained how more could be done to make our attic so much better. We decided to go with his company and our attic now is clean, organized and has storage space that we are rapidly moving things out of our garage into the attic. Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. Despite all this, they did a great job, working well past dark to make sure the work was completed. Five stars for their workers. On the other hand, their business practices are quite poor. They emailed an invoice with terms of Net 15. Five days later I received a phone call from them dunning me for payment. Seriously? If they wanted immediate payment, they should send their invoices Net Due. For a business to either not understand invoice terms, or worse, ignore their own terms, is inexcusable. I told them to pound sand and paid them later than I otherwise would have, but still within the stated terms. One star for business practices.

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
