My hotwater pressure had ceased, while the cold pressure was steady. The receptionist was courteous and said the problem may be solved over the phone talking to one of their plumbers. I got a call back promptly and through a series of photo exchanges and calls,we were able to trouble shoot and solve the problem without a home visit. I can't thank them enough for this service. 1 star is too good. I was having the same problem with both of the toilets in my house, they were not flushing fully most of the time, like maybe there was a clog. There was some dripping of water inside of both tanks from tubes. 2 guys came out, one a prentice. Innards inside of both tanks were replaced, this did not fix the problem. They said there is a build up in the part of both toilets from that drain. I asked if they could snake it and I was told that snaking wouldn't help and both toilets would need to be replaced, at about $1,000 apiece. Both toilets were replaced about 10 years ago during a remodel. I bought that idea at first because I have hard water and I wasn't flushing every time. Tim called the next day to discuss everything. He tried talking me into getting 2 elongated toilets, which I don't like. He told me the round ones were more expensive. I felt like he was wanting to argue with me, pushing me for something I didn't want. I ended the conversation, called the office back a few days later and told them I wasn't going to have them back out. I had another company out AND that guy knew what the problem was within 5 min. There wasn't enough water coming into the toilet bowls. He cleared those out with a long lint brush and both toilets are working great. I am a senior on a limited income but I was smart enough to google a few things. I felt like I was being scammed into spending a lot of money for something I didn't need. read more

I've used Silvana Plumbing many times - sometimes for scheduled work (replaced hot water heater among other projects) and sometimes for emergencies (we just found a leak in our crawl space), and every time they do excellent work in a timely manner, very courteous, and I really appreciate that when it's an emergency, they come quickly! read more

They did great work, very courteous and paid attention to detail. Only downside is they are very expensive and I don't like getting a price range. The risk should be two sided, not one sided. If I used them again I'd go with the hourly rate that they also offered. read more

Called them in to check my toilet sounds. They came and correctly determined and corrected the problem. THEY ARE NOT INEXPENSIVE.

If there were a lower rating than one star I would give it to Silvana Plumbing. They charged me over $900.00 to replace a kitchen faucet. They put in a cheap faucet that did not work correctly. After I complained to them about the faucet they sent one of their "repairman" out. When I asked this man a question he responded (and I quote) "I am not taking to you". They did nothing to resolve the problem. This is not what I consider friendly or professional service as they advertise on their website. So now I am stuck with this faucet because I live on Social Security and small pension I cannot afford to replace it. I think they took advantage of me because I am I senior citizen. read more

We recently had a leak in our shower line. These guys came in, identified the issue from me just explaining what I saw, knew what the problem was and go to work. The fixed our shower and we are getting great flow and the hot water is amazing!!! They fixed a pipe connecting to our toilet and adjusted it so we are using less water pure flush. This is important because we live on a well. The sinks are running better and it feels so good to have water secured agian. I can't thank Silvana Plumbing enough for the work they have done! read more

They do not support their recommendations especially third party mitigation/restoration company. They push expensive replacements and do not itemize their bills for insurance reimbursement. I have no complaints with their work. Just use caution and do your due diligence before agreeing to anything. read more

My property manager sent Tim from Silvana Plumbing out to my rental property to fix a small drip on a valve in the garage. The valve is in an area that is fairly easy to get to, next to the hot water tank. Tim said he would have to replace our hot water tank, pressure tank and the plumbing to them in order to remove the valve. His verbal bid over the phone was $7,000!!! Our hot water tank and pressure tank are fairly new and working fine. He seemed to know I was an out of state homeowner. Needless to say I found someone else who was able to replace just the valve for a couple hundred. I felt like he was trying to scam me. read more

Wow! was blown away by their service. Called several plumbers in the area for a list of problems with my house. Two never returned my calls. One told me without seeing it. it could be in the thousands of dollars. They promptly returned my call on a weekend and scheduled me for service. They provided an estimate after looking at the work and proceeded to fix all my issues. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked. Then to top it off the bill was about 500 dollars less than the estimate (overall bill less than 600.00). I will not hesitate to use them again. I just wish i called them sooner. read more

We had a broken pipe in our garage and called 2 other places both of which couldn't get to us until tomorrow, which was not going to happen as far as I was concerned. I called Silvana Plumbing and they said they couldn't guarantee what time they'd get to me, but did guarantee to have our water back on today. From the time I called them until they completed the job was under 2 hours. I was very impressed and extremely thankful to them for getting our water back on so quickly. They were also very affordable. The guy that came out was very nice and professional, definitely am going to continue doing business with them again if I should need a plumber in the future. read more

I wish I could give this terrible business negative stars. They love to rip off Senior Citizens (my mom) with work that isn't needed or requested. They also charged for parts we already had. They sent a trainee to do the work when he wasn't supposed to work unsupervised as per WA state regulations. (Also, after we checked, the owner does not have a plumbing license.) A simple job took this trainee over 4 hours and we paid for his lunch break too as he was here 10:30a to 2:30pm. They also charged a $143 "service fee" on top of their hourly rate. Most places will credit that if the work is done but not these creeps/scammers. Stay away if you value your money and don't EVER send them to a Senior Citizen's house. They also love to not tell you how long things will take so they can run the hours up. The guy just walked back and forth to his truck. They will get all they can from you, be careful. They are crooks and awful human beings. Don't trust them alone in your house, especially Seniors who are vulnerable to their unethical practices. We wish we had talked to more people before hiring them because they've done this to other people too. Their work was subpar as well. They have an answer for everything, don't trust a word they say. Putting in a high quality toilet and replacing two faucets cost us $900 dollars, really? We supplied everything including the high quality toilet and faucets. i dont think i would call sylvana plumbing again!! i called out to install a new clawtub faucet,a very nice expensive unit,,,after removing a few of my flex hoses,,he said he could not install my new faucet,,that it wall wall mount,,but by me researching for the parts that were not in box,,i can`t see why a plumber could not fit a few pipe extensions and make this work.? and i got charged 106.00 for a service call. my auto mechanic says he will make this faucet work,,no problem,,not the kind of plumbers i would call next time..homeowner in stanwood,wash read more
