Fixed my leaking kitchen faucet the same day that I called. Technician also showed me how to flush my water heater. Very knowledgeable and professional! read more

Glad to have used them for a relatively minor project. Technician plumbed up a portable dishwasher to existing pipes. It's been six months and no issues. I will use them again for any other plumbing issues. read more

I was having a problem with both of my toilets not flushing fully. The technician knew within 5 minutes what the problem was and fixed on both toilets. THIS was AFTER another plumbing company told me I needed 2 new toilets!. He also worked on my bathtub water stopper that one of my adult kids jerked too hard, it will probably have to be replaced. We discussed how I might be able to unstick the little ball, over time. He also looked at my sprinkler system set up. I had a friend last summer that said he could install a new pump for me but my friend thought the electric needed to be changed, No longer a friend. ALPINE is now my go-to Plumbing Company. read more

Great Service, quick response time and reasonably priced for a great job. Will definitely use again. Chris was a pleasure to work with.

I called Alpine plumbing today to get my son and daughter in law's brand new water heater, which wasn't producing hot water, fixed. They were busy, but Rick had some repairmen on Camano Island so they went over and were able to fix the problem right away. My son and daughter in law are really appreciative that they do not have to heat water for baths tonight. Thanks for the extra efforts and the willingness of the guys to take on an extra job to help a family in need. Thanks to all of the guys at Alpine. Great hearts, good knowledge and speedy service. read more

I had purchased a faucet To have them install along with a few other things. They did a pretty good job except for one faucet that had the low flow pressure fixture on it ( all fixtures in the USA have low flow on it) they never asked us to look at it and this is a bathroom we never use. The work was done six months ago, but understandable that we don't use this bathroom and were unaware of how poorly the water came out of the faucet. We just noticed it. They were very reasonable and listened to our concerns and dropped the bill to a respectable price. These are good people and willing to listen to issues you have. They have our business as long as we live here. One more thing DON'T USE SILVANA PLUMBING! OVER PRICED, RIPOFF!!!!! read more

Chris is The MAN!!!! Thank you Alpine for replacing our broken pipe with skill, efficiency, proficiency and a smile. Took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive one! Very satisfied repeat customers. read more

Alpine's Rick and Joel did a great job at a reasonable price helping me out with rerouting a drain that was totally corroded. I got several estimates from folks that work on Camano, and Alpine was more than 50% cheaper . They were responsive and did quality work. read more

My outside faucet developed a bad leak inside my garage and was dripping enough that every other day I had to pour 3-4 gallons of water collected in a bucket out. I made an appointment with Alpine Plumbing and Chris and JoJo came out and did an excellent job of fixing it and replacing the faucet. They were very nice to deal with and I would absolutely call Alpine for any future plumbing needs. read more

In March 2022 called Alpine Plumbing Services in Stanwood Wa to put on a wax ring for the toilet which they did. While John was here asked him if he could straiten the tub spout upward. When he did so he broke the spout off. When Alpine was asked to fix this issue as they were the reason the spout broke they informed me that due to alkaline..... in the water...... was why the pipe broke and determined they would have to charge me to fix the issue. Which I informed them no- they were responsible to fix what they had broke. After a search with BBB they are not accredited by BBB. I would not recommend this business to anyone. This company had the best rate of 3 estimates. They had the most economical value, they don't just talk client service, they also delivered. Great communication with Juanita &  Rick from step 1 to the finish. Will surely hire again when the need is there. read more

I have to say I met the owner and he was such a joy to talk to. Very friendly and very informative but the problem we had was follow through. He took my information and informed he would put together an estimate and get back to me and never did. I left a voice message and I did not receive a response. Over a month goes by and I finally receive a call and something about rectifying what happened. I truly believe he's good guy but disappointed without a follow up. I would have definitely hired them for the job and would have given them a 5+ star if I could. read more

Thanks Howie and Chris! We inherited some schmancy Toto toilets when we bought our house, and replacing the seats was beyond our capability. Howie and Chris came in and were able to quickly figure them out, plus they reset the toilet that my husband had uninstalled in his futile attempt to change the seat. Super nice guys who, as a bonus, were incredibly sweet to our dogs. read more

We needed some work done on a toilet including internal flush parts and a stop valve. Alpine Plumbing scheduled us during our initial inquire and called to remind us on the day they came out. Howie was friendly, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He offered excellent suggestions and finished the job in a timely manner. It was so refreshing to work with a customer friendly company. We will definitely use them for future projects. read more

The owner seemed wonderful and gave me his card but whenever I call the woman who answers tells me they're too busy Les and Michael I had a true emergency they are the closest people she asked me to send her photographs of the problem which was a $950 water bill and she never got back to me never return my calls nothing. I told her if it was an emergency so I guess they don't have emergency service. read more

We have been using Alpine Plumbing for years: they have replaced our old water heaters, installed new hose bibs outdoors, and today John replaced an old toilet for us. John was extremely friendly and helpful, and was more than willing to discuss all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. He was also very efficient and knowledgable. As a result, we have a gorgeous new toilet and are once again completely satisfied with the work Alpine Plumbing has provided us. We will recommend Alpine Plumbing to our friends and family with no hesitation, and will definitely call Alpine for our next plumbing job. read more

I'm a loyal customer when I find a business that does a good job at a fair price. I thought I had found that with Alpine after the first time they came out to replace our main shutoff valve and install a utility sink. I called them later with a couple other projects and Rick (owner?) came out to take a look in order to provide an estimate. So far so good. However, after multiple weeks of waiting for a response and calling to ask for an update, I'm giving up on hearing back from them and am going to find another plumber who is responsive to their customers. read more

Lots of problems with follow up with this company. I can't speak to the quality of the work because they never showed up. I see that's happened with others. We met with Rick and had a good meeting. We liked him and he told us we would have an estimate on Thursday or Monday. One week later after some calls on our behalf, we got estimates on two jobs we needed. We hired them and we scheduled the first job. On the Friday they were scheduled to come out, they told us around 11-12, they didn't show or call. We called them several times and a couple hours later finally got a call from Howie. My husband was not happy and we both expressed our frustration with the lack of response. Then, about an hour later, the office assistant called to tell us a water heater had burst and they wouldn't make it out today at all. Through the day we learned we had somehow been bumped from 2nd in line from services to 4th in line. We also learned the plumbing staff and office staff do not communicate well with each other. My husband expressed his frustration to the office person. He did not raise his voice, name call or swear. They rescheduled us for Monday. However, on Saturday, Howie messaged us that they would not be coming out at all because the interactions that we had on Friday led them to believe we "would not have a good working relationship ". They did not take responsibility for the series of events that created the problems, they just dropped us. When my husband finally reached Rick, the owner, he told him he didn't want to hear what happened!!! This company is less expensive than others' estimates. Now I see why. You have to hold your breath they will ever show up!! read more

These guys are great. They have fixed two different "no water" issues, and they got it done very fast even though they were busy as hell. Both crews were awesome and fast. They will get all my business from now on. The lady who answered the phone was also very nice and helpful. read more

Howie and Dave came out at the last minute on a Friday afternoon and helped us with a project my husband started and was unable to complete. They rescued us so we could turn our water back on! Nope, nope, nope. I use to think they were decent, but they take a long in getting back to you. I have used them a couple of times, so we had a history, but never again since I feel the customer service has gone down hill. Other plumber are more responsive. read more

Had freezing damage to outdoor spigot. Repair was a 6" PVC pipe and 2" elbow under the kitchen sink, super easy to get to. Took less than 30 minutes to repair and test. Total bill was $311.08 Materials $83.08 which is way over priced for 6" of PVC and a couple of brass fittings. Labor was $204 for 30 minutes or $400 an hour! With most plumbers charging between $45 and $200 an hour I imagine the excuse is minimum 1 hour charge. Puts them on the highest end for labor. The guys were courteous and did the work but I wont be using them again. Oh well. read more

Rick, Juanita and crew are the best!! I had hired another plumber who called to cancel the night before the job was to start...I had family coming the following week and needed a new bathtub and surround and new plumbing installed...they understood my frustrations and rescheduled some less emergent appointments in order to get my job done...I will definitely be calling them in the future for all other plumbing needs!!! read more

Had Alpine out about a month ago for new water heater and new kitchen sink. Arrived on time had the work complete in about an hour and a half. About a month later the new water heater stopped working at about 8:30 PM. I called left message. Next morning they called and told me I was number four on the list for the day. I don't think that was possible because Joel showed up an hour later. He diagnosed the problem and said they could not repair but they could have a completely new system later that day. Sure enough they showed up with the identical unit at 2:30 and had it installed in an hour. This was my first experience with Alpine and next year when we re-model the kitchen, laundry room and master bath there will be no question who the plumber will be. These people are pro's who genuinely care for their customers read more

After working with Alpine for many years on several different plumbing projects at several homes we were very disappointed in their service last week. We called Juanita at about 8 am on a Friday morning after hearing from our tenants that their water pressure was low and that the sump pump under the house was pumping water out excessively. After phone calls back and forth she said Rick would be coming by with their sump pump in the early afternoon to pump the water out of the crawl and find the leak. He talked with her several times that morning and she said they were going to rearrange their schedule to get over to our place (which they have done plumbing work for us there several different times in the past). My husband began calling them in the mid afternoon when he hadn't seen or heard from them, he waited around for them that day for about 8 hours. He left several messages for them. We never heard back from them. Luckily he knew enough to turn of the water main, but our tenants had to wait until we could locate another plumber the next day to have water. We understand that everyone is busy, but this was an emergency with standing water in the crawlspace and us having to shut off water to our tenants. Very, very disappointed in Alpine Plumbing. read more

I called Alpine to have three bathroom faucets installed. They arrived on schedule and were polite and professional. Each time they re-entered the house they made sure to remove their shoes. They recommended that we change the shut-off valves from plastic to bronze which I agreed was important to prevent future leaks. They finished the work in just over an hour. The price was fair and we were once again impressed by the great work this company delivers. Five stars! read more

These guys are great. Responsible, on-time and reasonably priced. I have nothing but positive things to say.

Alpine plumbing was referred to me by my sister. She told me they are a family business, so sometimes there is no one to answer the phone. I called and left a message on their machine stating I was in no hurry and needed a plumber. They promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. Joel, the son-in-law, arrived on schedule and was very professional. The workmanship was top notch and was completed in a timely fashion. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber! read more

We had a leak behind the wall in the garage right before New Years Eve. Even though they were really busy they came out 24 hours later because our leak was actively leaking and we didn't know that at first. They came out on New Years Eve, diagnosed the issue and repaired it right away. The lady who answers thier phone number is very helpful, polite, and you can tell that she truly cares about your problem. Thier billing is great too. They do not charge a fee to come to your house. It is $90 I think for the first half hour and then they bill in 15 minute blocks of time at $25 an hour. I definitely recommend this company. read more
