While their "contract" states 30% nonrefundable, I cannot accept that their failure to perform, bad faith, unjust enrichment, and potential breach of contract would be an excuse to have them keep the money that's rightfully ours. I saw another review that stated they couldn't use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication. That being said, call and your responses will be much quicker than the text option or email.

Dean, the person who came out, first tried to fix it himself, but the damage was too extensive, so he laid out all my options (including some very affordable DIY ones) and told me to call them when I've decided what to do. Overall I've been very happy with their customer service and field plumbers. Everyone has been very nice, responsive, and professional. If it weren't for some mistakes that caused a couple extra visits while troubleshooting the radiant heat, I'd give 5 stars.
