I reached out to a few big name local companies and got ghosted by Seatown services after putting down a deposit with them. I reached out to JV Plumbing and immediately got in touch with Jose the owner. He came out the next day to give me a bid and it was reasonable. He shared past projects of ejector pump installs that gave me confidence. I read many of the positive reviews and decided to go with JV plumbing. Jose and his sons were on time each day, delivered what was agreed upon, and stayed within the pricing scope. It was a pleasure to work with Jose and I highly recommend them for plumbing and especially ejector pump installs. I also had them replace my water tank with a tankless.

Their pricing bid kept getting beat by their competitor and when I shared why the sales person did not understand and thought I didn't like him. Second experience was I got a bid from their plumbing project for an ejector pump relocation and heat pump water tank. They gave me a great bid so I accepted and put down a deposit. 2 weeks later on the day the plumber was suppose to install he calls and said he forgot to order the parts. I said okay no worries let's reschedule. Another 2 weeks pass by and the day of the appointment two new plumbers showed up that had no idea of the scope of the work nor did they have the parts for install. At this point I was frustrated as I paid a deposit and took time off work. They said the plumber who gave me the bid will come tomorrow. Well here comes tomorrow and nobody shows up. I call Seatown services and they kept saying plumber is on his way. He never shows up and I call asking for a refund. They don't call me back!! What a joke and extremely poor communication. Do not waste your time with Seatown services. Also when you call them you're talking to AI and not a real person.

He is extremely courteous, is a small family business owner and takes care of our house. He always wore booties over his shoes when running in and out of the house. Everything works great and we are extremely happy with his work. He is the only plumber we will ever go with in the future and we have all already called him for a second job when we got a leak on a pump in our basement. Here are our observations: *He consistently answered the phone *His work was guaranteed and was high quality. *He provided honest estimates and did not charge for unneeded products or services * He ran everywhere while doing work for us and as a result has a competitive price and finishes the projects quickly with a high level of quality. *He provided a detailed estimate and a detailed invoice. *He is licensed, bonded and insured and a good guy. And as a last note, according to my sisters, he is pretty easy on the eyes. Take a look at his BBB score, the customer reviews on his website and give him a call.

I had the pleasure of working with Zach to change my old tub with failing tiles to a stall shower…read more From the start I could tell he was an expert in his field. There were a few bumps in the road, mostly from my side of things (insurance, dry rot, the holidays) He was out to my house several times as we navigated the situation. The construction side came out as well. But fortunately, the dry rot was not nearly as bad as it looked to be, so I didn't need to utilize them. I saw another review that stated they couldn't use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication. That being said, call and your responses will be much quicker than the text option or email.

After a few visits the radiant heat was working great. More recently, I had a problem with one of the toilets, and they came out and told me what was wrong at no cost, even though the problem was not covered by any warranty (it was my fault). Dean, the person who came out, first tried to fix it himself, but the damage was too extensive, so he laid out all my options (including some very affordable DIY ones) and told me to call them when I've decided what to do. Overall I've been very happy with their customer service and field plumbers. Everyone has been very nice, responsive, and professional. If it weren't for some mistakes that caused a couple extra visits while troubleshooting the radiant heat, I'd give 5 stars.
