What we expected to be a normal septic pump turned out to be much more involved because of the distance to the tank and the fact that the tank was at a much lower elevation than the road/truck. Mike determined for safety reasons that a second technician would be needed so we rescheduled. Mike remained in constant contact with me as well as his office. Now I am at the same place as before they arrived with needing more work done. The main purpose of the work was to locate the service ports. If this wasn't able to be completed, then no other work should have been done until this could be finished. No call to verify next steps, nothing. This is not how to run a business. The owner mentions that the quote was for a set amount of time. This is not true. It specifically states $600 for 3 hours of work, then has an hourly rate after that. It makes no sense to do the inspection without finding the service ports. Now I am in the same position as I was before they came out, but down $1200

I called to schedule a pumping and inspection for my septic for my house that was being sold. The lady I spoke to scheduled us for both services for the second week of January. She even sent a text confirming the type of appointment and date. Fast forward, I called the day prior to our appointment to find out the time they would arrive and she somehow said she was under the impression we didn't need a pumping. I told her that is not the case and that I told her what was needed when we scheduled the appointment. Instead of her apologizing for her error, she proceeded to tell me what the buyers of my house want. Stating they don't need to be there for the pumping just the inspection. This is not the case. Working in real estate, I don't need real estate advice from a scheduling lady at a septic company. She tried to say they will schedule the inspection and pumping on different days. I told her that doesn't work as we are closing on the house very soon. We chose to go with a different company mostly because of her response and no apology for her scheduling error. Even when I called back to cancel the appointment, she continued to try to be combative about her error. For several winters my Great Room split/head seemed to run constantly during the winter and failed to properly heat the room. Upon some routine cleaning I took a look and found out 7 Hills had installed a 12" head for the room instead of the 15" head that was invoiced (and paid for). Supposed to be: CTXS15LVJU (Daiken) Was installed: FTXX12LVJU (Daiken) Upon discovering this issue I reached out to Double K/7 Hills Plumbing, including the owner (Derek) who was the one who designed, invoiced, and accepted payment on the system. Three weeks of voicemails and e-mails yielded not only no resolution, but no response (queue song "No Reply At All" by Genesis). Level of service/support has been so atrocious a BBB claim has been filed: ID 14265371. This is a step, despite using dozens of contractors/suppliers for my primary residence and rentals, I have never once had to previously take given that I'm pretty understanding/flexible in coming to arrangements on these kinds of situations.
