Stan at A1 Septic Cleaning -- Highly recommend…read more We called Stan first when my aunt needed her septic tank pumped in Duvall. He was easy to talk to, gave us a very reasonable price (second cheapest out of all the companies we called), and right away pointed out that our lids weren't the standard 24-inch -- they were 30-inch, which not everyone works with. Stan referred us to Above Grade Septic to help find the right lids, and when I spoke with Candace there, she had nothing but great things to say about him. That kind of praise from someone in the same industry really sealed the deal for us. We ordered the lids online, and as soon as they arrived, Stan came out the very next morning. He pumped the tank (which hadn't been serviced in over 10 years), cut down both risers so they sat flush with the ground, and installed the new lids. My aunt was really happy with how everything turned out -- and she's not someone who's easily impressed. Stan showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he promised, and got it done efficiently and cleanly. If you're looking for someone who's fair, reliable, and knows what they're doing, I'd definitely recommend Stan at A1 Septic.

Had enough hoses to cover the large distance over my lawn, and showed the concrete bottom of the tank as evidence all was pumped. Checked the pump and alarm. Cleaned the filters and asked to flush the toilets to verify if everything was good. Everything was great but the final bill was about $80 more than previously agreed on the phone so I deducted a star.

They did some septic work for me, quickly and efficiently…read more I had a pump and a float fail, causing the system to back up, they were referred and are a family owned and operated buisness. After they got it to a point that I was able to use water they diagnosed the pump failure and pulled the pump. They then verified it out to double check it was not a control or float issue, pumps are expensive and they ensured it was indeed the issue before replacing it. Once that was completed they isolated the failed float and replaced it to ensure if there is an issue in the future it will alarm and prevent the backup. 100% will use them again and refer them to anyone looking. They are an honest and fair family-owned buisness, exactly who i would want tobsupport!

I called Always Excavating they came out very professional on time looked at my system found a plug that have been unplugged... No idea how it got unplugged... This was the first time we've pumped the septic since moving to this home. What we expected to be a normal septic pump turned out to be much more involved because of the distance to the tank and the fact that the tank was at a much lower elevation than the road/truck. Mike determined for safety reasons that a second technician would be needed so we rescheduled. Mike remained in constant contact with me as well as his office. Due to weather conditions and miscommunication the unit was serviced 2 times in the mo of January. I was informed they don't pro rate, the monthly fee covers the unit only. That doesn't even make sense. Then I was sent a final invoice. When I called to pay it they said the fee was double. The final invoice was inaccurate. When they do service the units they do a great job. Wouldn't recommend them for deceptive practices. They bill every 28 days rather than monthly so you may occasionally get billed twice in 1 mo.
