Disappointed in the price that was asked. Call around first. This is what I did and I found other company that was much more affordable.

Terrible experience; baffle failed only ~1 year after they did heavy work on drainfield and inspected existing tank. After complaining, they blamed the installer. Installer promised to come out and fix for free after repeated follow ups. He never came. 3 years later I reached out due to some additional issues likely due to missing baffle , they said I'd have to pay for the baffle fix, walking back their promise to fix it for free. They also said they only warranty issues for 1 year. They also tried to tell me their records show my baffle is fine even though two separate inspections told me otherwise. If everything goes smoothly I'm sure this company is fine, but if you have any issues after significant overhaul good luck getting them fixed! read more

I wish I could give them a zero. Normally I use a different company but went with Superior on referral. They pumped my septic tank Then told me it was $1,400. They demandEd I sign a big long agreement saying I wouldn't sue. They told me I need another $2,000 in additional work because my pump was bad and leaking oil. They told me I needed the risers removed and resealed for the tank. I called my old septic company. They came out and inspected it today. They said there was no oil in the water. I verified this. They said the risers that we installed were perfectly fine. I do not recommend anyone use this company! read more

Super disappointing overall experience. First workers that came out seemed annoyed and not thorough. Asked for a few hundred over what agreed price was. Very angry & cussing when asked to call shop and verify. Pipe developed a hole in it that was not there after they pumped septic out. Gave us an estimate and recommend to evaluate DF and fix pipe that was not broke prior. Had them come out again but same diagnosis went with a new company with different eval that only costed a little over a 100 dollars and now no issues. Only positive I can say is the women answering the phone was polite and apologetic for first guys behavior. read more

Never use this place they put in a new septic system and drain field and just left us with a pile of sand in the middle of yard and when we asked about the sand we were told you have to deal with it who does that ! They never explained that we would be left with this. They just left the job and said we are done everything else is up to you. This company is unprofessional I will never refer them to anyone. We recently used Superior Septic of Granite Falls for a new septic pump, raising the entire system that had buried over time. They did an excellent job!! The price was lower than a local competitor and we are very pleased.... They had to bring a backhoe in to move dirt, dig a new line, it was extensive. They took time after to clean up top soil off our bricks and brought it back to original condition. We were very impressed for their cleanup and attention to detail. My complaint is what they charge. Imagine this star not there. They dont even deserve 1 star, they are a starless wasteland of fictitious lying asshats who make up ridiculous accusations of people. I had an appointment today to get my port a potty cleaned and an employee named Jesse came and cleaned it today. When he arrived at my drive way I walked up to him and told him where the porta potty was and where he can pull in his vehicle. I then told him that there was a path he can walk on to get to the porta potty and went inside. After a few minutes I brought him a water bottle and handed it to him, told him he can have this water because its fucking 80 degrees in satans asscrack. After I handed him the water I started organizing my porch and sweeping the area. He finished cleaning the porta potty. Or so I thought. He didnt even finish the job he never put the blue water in there. And there was also a very clean crumpled beer can in the bottom of the toilet. So somebody else had to come and finish the job. Anyway, he then went to his truck put his things away, got in his truck and turned it on. I told him thank you from my porch and went inside. He then sent me text messages a few hours later asking me out, telling me how beautiful I am asking if I was married or had a boyfriend and telling me about his alcohol preference. When I called the office to tell them about this discomfort in my gut of their employee taking my phone number and telling them his text messages, he knows where I live, he has my information. Unsettling, much! So they tell me that I was flirting with him really hard and that I handed him a water bottle thru his legs....First off, HA! Nnever did I flirt with him or hand him anything inappropriately.  Second, my girlfriend/partner was here the whole time. I have a witness to what happened and his story is fiction, fantasy and a straight fucking up lie. I got no apology from the office telling me that they were sorry for the inappropriate behavior from their employee. They instead believed that I was flirting with him and that I'm the liar! Woooow! The pump on my septic failed after only two years. I called Superior as they had done a very nice job on pumping my tank. I was pleased they would be out the next day and left home for the day. They called and said they could come out that afternoon, even though I wasn't home. Well, I wanted it fixed. Guy called and told me I needed a new pump. OK, A little over $2000. But then, they said I would need an electrician to come out and hood up the new pump. Something about OSHA cracking down. Came home and was disappointed to find a cord coming out of the cap, not plugged in. No paperwork on the new pump. No invoice. Here is my beef: If you say you can do something like replace a pump, and then do not have staff qualified to make a simple electrical connection.......you should not be selling the product or offering the service. Now I have to find and pay an electrician for something that SHOULD be included in the installation. I mean....you are charging top dollar. read more

If there were zero stars that's what I'd give this company. After many phone calls on Thursday I finally found 1 company who promised to come out at the end of the day. S.O.S. Septic Nobody else could come till Friday and our toilets were not able to flush. So I canceled the company who was coming out Friday between 2:30-4:30. They are Superior Septic. The guy who came out Thursday afternoon was Pat who owns S.O.S. Septic. He unblocked the overflow so we could use our toilets and showers. Then he was going to return on Tuesday to pump the tank. We came home Friday morning about noon to Superior Septic sitting in our driveway. They had come on our property after I had canceled them and pumped our septic without permission and without us being home. Needless to say I was NOT happy.. I will NEVER do business with Superior Septic again. After talking to S.O.S. Septic he was very nice and said it's okay and he wasn't going to charge us for coming out last Thursday. So just know the slipshod way some of these guys do business. Choose wisely. read more

Horrible experience. They charged for additional items not quoted, $19.95 for PPE (no PPE was used other than gloves that were not "one-time" use). Site was completely prepped including all lids uncovered and ready, yet was charged an additional $40 for "labor" because they had to pump 'uphill'. I requested an explanation from them after the fact and got a response back how they misquoted and these extra costs still made if a favorable deal. As others have stated Superior Septic is a horrible company. We called them to complete a Septic Inspection and Pumping on our home that we were selling. Everything was fine until they came back to do the repairs from their initial inspection. They then said there were additional required repairs in excess of $5,000. We asked why when they had already completed the inspection. They said you never know what will happen when they get in there AND that the person they sent out initially to do the inspection was NOT LICENSED. Why would they send an unlicensed person to complete an inspection for a Real Estate Transaction. We called another company to come out and do another inspection. They completed the necessary repairs and said the items called out by Superior were not needed or required by the State. 3 months later Superior sent an invoice for $342.75 for a trip charge and has threatened to place a lien on the property. After this we will be filing a complaint with the city/county. read more

When I called and spoke to Mika, he was great and was the reason I decided to use Superior Septic Services. The first time they came the driver couldn't get up our hill. I guess THAT should have been a red flag, but I was patient and waited for the owner to come the next day instead. He seemed very professional and courteous and even let me video the work they performed. It seemed like a great professional job. HOWEVER, we have a filter and it looked dirty and he said a screw was broken, so I asked what it would cost to REPLACE it. He informed me that they don't make them plastic any longer, so it would be metal. I said to go ahead, he took my original filter with him and it took a week for them to come out to replace it. When they came to replace my filter it was two NEW guys and they brought a tiny, thin filter, not my big white huge filter that they took out. No one told me there was going to be a tiny filter to replace my old HUGE very functional filter. But, I allowed them to do their work, despite my repeated questioning of it and trying to be assured it was okay. After they left, I tried to call the owner, who I had been speaking to when he took my filter and gave me the quote and told me it was going to be metal, etc... Apparently, he is out of town and unable to speak to me, so an office manager got on the phone and even though I insisted that I speak to the owner, as soon as possible, she went on to "guess what the problem was" and I told her that I didn't want any guesses, I just wanted to speak to the owner. She insisted to speak over me and when I asked her to please listen to what I had to say, she insisted that she already heard me (even though I didn't finish what I was saying). As soon as I tried to tell her that she MIGHT want to never tell a customer again that she is "guessing" what the problem is, she hung up on me! Now, I am REALLY feeling like I was scammed and cheated and lied to and manipulated. What started as a really good feeling with this company has turned into a nasty experience. Not sure I will ever get to speak to the owner again, but if he doesn't call me and try to ensure that I have the correct filter on my system, I am never going to use them again and I do NOT recommend them! After the experience that I had today, I completely understand why they are no claiming this company on Yelp! Sad, but true. I am very disappointed, because I initially was so impressed with them. The septic service I've used for years wasn't available in time for the desired sale closing date so I found Superior Septic Services on yelp. The owner and his helper arrived when they said they would, were very courteous, and did a good job. They were at the property maybe 60-90 minutes with a resulting bill of $768. I was told that I was being given a break which I didn't quite believe and both the buying and selling realtors thought the charge was high too. Here is the billing breakdown of the $768 so you can decide for yourself. Again, they provided good service but the charging seems questionable. Sadly was referred by a neighbor, their cost $250, set an appt for Monday afternoon. No show. Called numerous times no answer. Received a call back next day and scheduled. Bryon arrived and never stated cost. Assuming the neighbor up the street has the same septic and septic size that we would be paying $250. Received the bill and it was $451. Shocked and in disbelief, asked he we could make a cash deal of $400. And since he blew us off I thought it was a reasonable offer but no. Once mentioned again the neighbor up the street he stated that he is a professional. Which was really weird. But to each his own, get a quote and know what your paying for. read more

These guys were horrible. We have security camera's that show them letting their dog crap in the yard and run around, which drive our dogs who were in the house, crazy. On top of that the first bill they sent had the billing to where we could use the coupon for 35.00 off. We sent it with our payment to them, only to get a letter back saying we couldn't use it and a bill showing a different wording of charges. Really? We have reported to the BBB and every other place we can. Unprofessional to say the least. And, wanted a ton of money to "fix" the problem, which ended up not being the problem. I say 0 stars! Horrible service at a critical time when my septic was being inspected for a home sale. The pumping was fine it was when they came back to change the baffles that they broke the existing pipe and walked away stating I needed to do a lot more work than they thought. After asking them to stop and not do anything until I got home to see what was going on before proceeding I found they broke the pipe and said it was completely blocked. They were going to charge me 190$ for breaking the pipe. I spoke with the owner bryon and told him I disagreed with him charging almost 200 dollars for 30 mins worth of work, breaking my existing pipe and leaving. He threatened to sue me and hung up on me. I called awesco septic and they had it repaired and new baffles for less than what superior septic charged to break the pipe. I had a hard time getting anyone to answer my calls or call me back, so I was forced to call them repeatedly to settle a bill, and once I finally got through they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about...YOU GUYS WERE JUST AT MY HOUSE!! I asked a couple questions about my current system and I swear whoever I talked to (brian?) Has no clue what he's doing or talking about. He told me one thing, which I later called another company to confirm and the other company literally laughed at him and advised me to never go through superior again (I wont divulge details, but apparently the owner of superior is one shady shady guy with some very serious allegations against him that stem from years ago up to currently). And again, I cant emphasize enough how rude he was to me. I am only giving one star because Yelp won't allow a zero star rating.
