When she politely asked a question, she was told they were closing soon--despite there still being time left. When my mom mentioned she'd be quick, the employee rolled her eyes and responded with a sarcastic "yeah right," then exchanged looks with coworkers. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. No one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience, especially when they're trying to support your business. We'll be taking our business elsewhere--and advising others to do the same.

Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. I visited because my thrift store bought standing lamp broke where the shade connects to the light socket, damaging the wire also. Didn't really know much about the lamp except is was a heavy, quality, unique piece worth fixing. Took it in and they were able to tell me it's a European lamp with an usual size of socket threading, but they found a solution and it was rewired and ready to pick up in under 2 weeks! Well guess what... I put the lampshade on and adjusted it too tightly and the socket cracked... then 2 days later our large 2X3 foot painting fell, knocking over the lamp (shade was not attached at the time) damaging it further and we had picture frame glass shards everywhere! Not our lucky day. We took the lamp back and they had a stronger socket. Our lamp shade was large and too heavy for the first one. Now it's fixed and looking great. Thanks LUXE team, you are great!

The piece has been brought to life and the glow of it feels like my mother is smiling on me. One of the flowers was broken and the enamel was flacking off all over it. I couldn't even tell you which flower had been broken! The old wire has been replaced and I feel safe having it in my home. I will enjoy this piece for the rest of my days, and when I'm gone hopefully one of my brother's sons will want to enjoy it. Thanks Luxe!

We weren't exactly sure what was on sale - if it was everything and/or just the some things that had special clearance signs. The gigantic and amazing chandeliers, way out of our budget and way too big for our residence but SO gorgeous. The best deals in the store, imo, were the bathroom lights. Also, they have a very large selection of outdoor lights (like if you have a light in front of your door or flanking your garage).

Visiting the Port Orchard Ferguson showroom on June 25, 2018 was a terrible customer service…read moreexperience. We are remodeling our master bathroom and it was recommended by our contractor and bath design company that we use Ferguson for our faucets, shower and toilet. When we visited the showroom (we did not have an appointment), a very pleasant and helpful counter person asked Gay Wanner, inside sales, to work with us. Gay appeared to be very irritated to be asked and acted as though we were an imposition. When we asked for help in picking out faucets and a shower, she just told us to go look at the displays and tell her what we liked. When we asked about toilets, she just pointed to a wall and said "there they are". She did not ask any questions or offer any advice. She was very unhelpful. We made some choices and she wrote down our order and said to watch our email for a quote. It has been almost 2 weeks and we have not received any communication from Ferguson. We visited the Koehler showroom in Poulsbo and received excellent service & choices where we made our order and had it filled within a day.
