Pedro and his team were great! We had a massive yard clean up job-- things hadn't been taken care of for 6 years. He and his team arrived a little before 9 am (early) and they stayed until 8 pm. Garden beds were weeded and recreated, tons of overgrown plants grass removed, trees and hedges trimmed, brick patio was weeded-- we couldn't be happier with the work. A huge truck full of our yard debris was carted away at the end of the day. Set up was extremely straightforward and fast-- contacted Pedro via phone, he came later that day. Texted the quote, team came at the end of the week, final price was exactly as quote and Pedro and his whole team were personable. Great! One of the few that send back a quotation. We really needed it fast. No time for many phone calls and conferences as other vendors wanted. They were super attentive and punctual. Did a great job. Kitchen was very well done. They took their time. The only thing missing was a cobweb. But I was gladly surprised about the rest! read more

I found them through yelp recommendations and review. I gave them 3 stars because of the fast response and the employee was hard worker. The owner and his some came out and gave me a quote very fast. Due to language barrier the son translated which was great. Employee came out with in the week but did not have the proper tools (chainsaw, plastic edges etc.) To complete the job. He also said bark was more expensive and wanted $50 more. I told him I'm not paying more for less work. It should even out since he was not compling all of the work. I also wanted regular maintenance but he said he lived in Monroe and it was to far. It appears the owner hired 3rd party. Th employee was nice and did good job for what he completed. I had interesting experience with this company. Since I could never get him to respond, this review is mainly about the pre-project communication. I had created a fence pressure wash, stain and lattice repair project on Yelp. Pedro promptly replied to the project request and agreed to come for a free estimate in couple of days. He showed up on time on Saturday and gave me an estimate, asking me to call/ text him if I want to proceed. The project was slightly bigger as 1 4 x 4 pole had to be replaced and set in concrete. His estimate was not the cheapest but was competitive overall, requiring me to provide the stain, which I agreed to. Couple of days later, I texted him that I have decided to proceed with him - he promptly replied back that he can come on Friday. To this, I had couple of follow up questions - mainly confirming that he will be staining on a different day as there was no clarity around the amount of stain required or what the plan was. He didn't reply. I followed up a day later - asking him to let me know his plan - no reply. From confirming on Tuesday - to Thursday - there was no reply - radio silence. At this point, I decided to go with another guy and sent him that message. of course, still haven't heard back from him. Looking at other replies, the no-show and radio silence looks like a pattern. He might be good at his work (which some other reviews have mentioned), but this sort of behavior is very unprofessional. Go with him only if you are comfortable with uncertainty and can deal with long radio silences. I am going with 2 stars as he did show up on time for estimate and gave a competitive one. read more

They responded right away. Came out within 2 days with a bid and completed the work as requested. A very nice professional crew. Turned my overgrown 170 ft driveway flower bed back to a beautiful bed for my trees bushes and rhododendrons. I highly recommend them. read more

A section of our fence fell down during a windstorm. Got a great quote and a quick response. They were able to accommodate our schedule and did a quick and clean job. An adjoining section of the fence also needed to be replaced and they gave a reasonable quote for that extra work, didn't try to rip off. Looked at other sections and told us other parts we were worried about are fine and don't need any repairs. Hauled away all the debris, would definitely use them for any other fence work that comes along in the future. read more

Wow...wow...wow!!! That's all I can say. Wish I had taken before and after pictures to share, but kinda glad I didn't considering the condition of our yard. We inherited a very diverse and overgrown yard we didn't maintain very well, and unfortunately neither did our first landscaper, but Al Landscaping worked a small miracle today. We are so pleased with their phenomenal work we're already planning to hire them for our other outdoor projects we foolheartedly thought we would do ourselves! Silly us... Al Landscaping Services was quick to respond to our inquiry, provided a quote onsite the same day they came out (which happened to be the same day we contacted them), and let us know exactly when they could start. They communicated with us throughout the day today, letting us know how things were going and any challenges they ran into. They take pride in their work, which is quite obvious in the result. I'm updating my review in response to Pedro's replying. When we called you the second time, we called only your company. No one else. And it was for our next project which was nothing to do with our first project which yes we had called another company to compare costs, etc and I clearly explained this to the daughter on the phone that it would be a different project which is more smaller scale. Anyways, no call no show is very unprofessional regardless. Do not schedule an appointment with your potential customers if you are not going to make it or if you don't like to deal with them. Absolutely fantastic. Responsive, professional, fast. My neighbor's tree was overhanging onto my new house and was covering 50% of my balcony with branches. My exterminator said I needed to get the tree cut back away from the house asap because spiders were getting onto my balcony and into my house! I reached out to AI on Yelp and they responded quickly. Pedro did a great job with my patio garden. I needed a solution to block soil erosion as I'm on a hill. He added more wooden fencing and replaced the soil.
