When the turf arrived, Tyler and Danielle showed up the following afternoon and wrapped up the next day. I requested new artificial turf in place of a small patch of grass in front of our townhome, and re-leveling of the pathway that had settled poorly since construction. When all was said and done, the turf looked great and the pathway looked like new with everything level across the board. The estimate wasn't the cheapest option, however the explanation provided as part of the estimating process was top notch and I was confident that that level of detail in the estimation process meant that the work would be done with that same attention to detail and this turned out to be true. I've seen a lot of poor turf installations in my neighborhood and I'm confident that the turf will look great for years to come.

They did not, the fence was very poorly made, not complete and the material used wasn't right. They ended up taking the fence down and are refusing a refund. The owner doesn't speak english and he put him on the phone with some guy, Jesse, that got really aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was able to carry on the conversation with the owner's wife in a respectful manner and set up a time for them to come back to talk about the situation. They no showed and when I asked if they were coming she told me that they would not because they weren't sure that her husband would be able to not lose his temper. I asked again for a refund and told them that they are not welcome back on my property, they insisted in meeting in person 'somewhere in Monroe' and when I declined and asked for this to be a phone conversation, they stopped all communication. They are agreeing that they were not able to perform the job but won't give me a refund because they already paid their guys! Here's where I'm the idiot, I paid them cash, they did not give a receipt and left $300 of material on my property for me to deal with. They charged me $1600 in labor for 2 guys to come work for 4 hours.
