The work crews were always on time, professional, and after each step of the process, they thoroughly cleaned up. The end product is beautiful, a bit expensive for 'grass', but well worth the investment. At the end, our Project Manager, Matthew, visited in person and made sure we were happy. During the process the office, Misha, checked with us several times to explain payment, maintenance, etc. Customer Service tends to be missing from many service companies, but STNW has set the standard.

These people scammed me for a lot of money…read more I hired them to fix and reinstall a section of fence on our cow field, they came for a consultation and they told me they knew how to build a proper livestock fence. They did not, the fence was very poorly made, not complete and the material used wasn't right. They ended up taking the fence down and are refusing a refund. The owner doesn't speak english and he put him on the phone with some guy, Jesse, that got really aggressive and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was able to carry on the conversation with the owner's wife in a respectful manner and set up a time for them to come back to talk about the situation. They no showed and when I asked if they were coming she told me that they would not because they weren't sure that her husband would be able to not lose his temper. I asked again for a refund and told them that they are not welcome back on my property, they insisted in meeting in person 'somewhere in Monroe' and when I declined and asked for this to be a phone conversation, they stopped all communication. They are agreeing that they were not able to perform the job but won't give me a refund because they already paid their guys! Here's where I'm the idiot, I paid them cash, they did not give a receipt and left $300 of material on my property for me to deal with. They charged me $1600 in labor for 2 guys to come work for 4 hours.

I tried staying calm on the phone and told him man, im not trying to pick a fight, im just asking you to finish the job you started and got paid for, then he started calling me names.
