Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. The pricing was great, and they took care of filing all the paperwork for the PSE rebates. When it was time to do the work, the whole crew was fantastic! They worked efficiently, and kept the area very tidy, laying down plastic and cleaning as they went. We were so impressed by them!!! They insulated the walls and put insulation under the buildings, in our crawl spaces & also air sealed and wrapped all of the pipes! Once the project was done, Ashely let us know they had overestimated the amount of material they were going to need and actually send us a refund check because they didn't end up using all of the materials we were charged for! They arranged to get someone out later in the week. I asked the tech when he'd be back and was told I had to call the office to schedule the next visit. Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
