They came out the next day after I called requesting a quote, and when they arrived they not only gave me a bid, but also said they could do the work right then and there. They had taken the initiative to bring the right color shingles and their approach to the repair was perfect for the circumstances (old roof - we just need to make it a few more years). In addition to doing the job requested, they also helped with a temporary repair to our damaged gutters. They also helped fix a gutter drain issue that was causing an annoying drip where we sit at our deck. Overall these are skilled craftsmen who are easy to work with and charge a fair price. I will use them again next time I need roof repair or replacement.

We called Four Seasons on a recommendation of friends to take a look. Given the weather, we decided to replace the roof and hired Jay and Kristy from Four Seasons roofing. We are so glad as the we could not have been more pleased with their highly conscientious work and the final result. Although our roof was only 8 or so years old, the questionable leaks in the house and rusted out fireplace stacks caused us concern. Jay said the roof itself looks ok and he could repair the stacks that had rusted out. The leaks appeared to be coming in from the vents via wind. The current shingles were a low quality, so we decided to go ahead and just have it replaced. Oh Boy, we were so glad we did! Once Jay and his crew got into tearing off the old roofing, they found the vents (the source of the leaks) should have NEVER been installed over a vaulted roof with rigid foam insulation and the shoddy previous roofing job caused 5 4x8 plywood panels to be so rotten you could crumble them with just a squeeze of your hand. Jay and his team are very experienced, conscientious, detailed, and hardworking...just flat out great folks who get the job done, and done RIGHT! They are honest contractors of the highest quality and we are very appreciative of a job well-done. Highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone that needs any work done to their roofs.

They took such great care of us, start to finish. We've never had insulation work done before and didn't know what to expect. Ashley is so prompt in responding to any calls or messages. Ashley & Zach initially came out to take measurements for a quote, and answer any and all questions I had. In the third or fourth week of Feb., not having heard from him, we called and left two messages three days apart without response. We left an email message and it's now been three days without any contact. Seth is obviously very busy, but if he can't bother to communicate and wastes your precious time better spent finding someone who's actually willing to show up, why bother in the first place?

Apparently, Classic Pest Control & Insulation is unable to schedule visits in advance. If you want a pest control company that will keep you informed of what's going on and will contact and communicate with you, I suggest calling someone else. This is not a "customer first" company.
