Despite all this, they did a great job, working well past dark to make sure the work was completed. Five stars for their workers. On the other hand, their business practices are quite poor. They emailed an invoice with terms of Net 15. Five days later I received a phone call from them dunning me for payment. Seriously? If they wanted immediate payment, they should send their invoices Net Due. For a business to either not understand invoice terms, or worse, ignore their own terms, is inexcusable. I told them to pound sand and paid them later than I otherwise would have, but still within the stated terms. One star for business practices.
