Jose came out and enthusiastically reassured us that replacing the flooring (sadly was remodeled in the 1970's by the previous owners and the original floors were utterly destroyed) was definitely possible without requiring that we move out of the house and that they could get the job done in 3-5 days. It took two days, one day for the demolition and one day for putting down the flooring. Francisco did all of the demolition himself and was such a pleasure to work with. The rest of the team joined Francisco the next day to finish the job...in two days!! And the price was less than the estimate! I'm finally getting around to writing this review about a month and a half after the work was completed, and I just got off the phone with Jose a few minutes ago. We thought a shut off valve had been covered by the flooring, but it turned out the installer had done skilled craftmanship to cover the valve while still leaving easy access to it. We met Darrell who took us to the back to look at remnants. We chose a nice remnant and told them we needed it to be cut, shaped, bound and a rubber backing applied.
