We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. The project was to replace a doorbell from a late 60s/early 70s intercom system with a wired Google Nest doorbell and to replace our old floodlight with a Nest floodlight. I spoke with two electricians who were either mystified by the situation or gave me bad abduct. Will came up with a plan to use the power supply from the intercom system for the transformer. He also installed a chime box and custom built a wood plate for the camera (the electricians told me that I would have to do that on my own and would just install the camera hanging by its wires). Moreover, the fee he charged was a fraction of what several other companies wanted. Will was punctual, professional, and he replied promptly to my messages.

I needed my 80 year old basement garage floor epoxied. I had a bunch of companies provide quotes…read more Some actually provided quotes without even coming out and inspecting my garage. I didn't trust these quotes at all since I knew my old garage floor was not in great shape. Obed showed great knowledge with epoxying floors. He pointed out a bunch of cracks and pits that would need to be opened up and filled. My garage also had something strange where someone had extended the footing with additional concrete. This caused extra concrete ledges around my entire footing. Obed said he could address all of it. I also needed trim installed and he said he could do that as well. Even with the trim install, his quote came out competitive with the other quotes. Obed did an amazing job with the garage floor epoxy and the trim work. I was very impressed with the end result. I know he went above and beyond to take additional time to fix issues so that the end result would be good. For example, we agreed to have one small part of the extra concrete ground down so the floor would be flat. As they were prepping the other extra concrete for epoxy, the concrete actually started cracking and falling off. Without charging me extra, they also removed this extra concrete so the end result was an entirely flat floor without any additional concrete ledges. After grinding the floor, Obed realized that it would best to level the floor. Again, without an additional charge, he leveled the floor. He also filled in a bunch of concrete holes and voids on the concrete step by the door leading into the house. When installing the trim, they took the time to specially contour the bottom of the trim to match the many dips in my old garage floor. While leveling did help with the dips, my garage floor just had some extreme dips. In the end, I was beyond happy with the end result. I originally hired him to epoxy my floor, but he ended up fixing so many different things and made the entire garage better because of it.

We changed an old tub for a wonderful upgrade, expanded the shower area, with high-end glass, added excellent tile work throughout (he has a great tile guy), changed counter-tops, and even moved a wall of 50 year old cedar panels to extend an existing wall. Were there hiccups along the way, sure. But now, several years later we are thrilled to use these rooms every day. We work at home and the lifestyle enhancement has been profound. Truth be told we did a good deal of research before and chose well with our components and visual choices. The paint work was superb (he has a great paint team too). The team had an amusing cast of characters and I enjoyed them. They took tremendous care to keep the spaces (bedroom next to the bath) absolutely clean and protected. It took a while with delays and fixes but now all I can say is we really appreciate all the effort that went in and Milt's good spirit to get it right. We had a very disappointing experience with Cascade Roofing…read more Our home required extensive repairs (45k) after Cascade failed to protect our roof during standing seam install. Our family of 6 was displaced from our home for 5 months while we battled Chris and his insurance to cover the loss/damages and ALE. The workmanship fell below expectations, and several issues were either overlooked or poorly addressed. When we called about active water intrusion, they failed to act, and water leaked into our home for over 9 hours, causing significant damage. Even more frustrating, their insurance coverage fell short due to a workmanship exclusion, which resulted in our claim being denied and left us with substantial out-of-pocket expenses. (They are not covered to leave your roof 'open' after work begins) Communication was inconsistent, and accountability was lacking throughout the process. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking detailed questions before choosing this company.

Our home has it's original metal roof and over the years it has had multiple layers of snow coat roofing. I have patched it with seam-sealer, scraped and maintained it but over the years the weight of the snow had stretched the metal so that rainwater was collecting in pools and I had struggled with leaks continually. Handling this had become particularly difficult with my physical disabilities. Back in 2018 I reached out to several different roofing companies to get bids and they were ALL off the chart expensive. Cascade Roofing was actually recommended by several of the other roofing companies. Cascade Roofing's bid was actually "reasonable" compared to the others but even so, it was still more than I could really afford. I saved what I could and contacted Rick Steiner at Cascade Roofing and when he heard about my situation, he said that he would do what he could to help out. His team worked together very quickly to install an entirely NEW roof on my home and he even gave me a veteran discount that placed the end cost significantly below his bid! I was so thankful. I told him I would leave him an amazing review on yelp, but I didn't! The thing is... ...I've been living in this rainy area for so long with a leaky roof, I was honestly afraid that it was just a matter of time before the water started dripping here or there and I honestly didn't want to get my hopes up! I felt like leaving a positive review on a roof that hadn't been tested, couldn't possibly be considered "fair" and "honest". So, over the past 5 years have been checking everywhere with moisture sensors... NOTHING! NO LEAKS!!! After 5 years I can honestly leave this review now and say: CASCADE ROOFING IS THE ROOFING COMPANY TO HIRE FOR ALL OF YOUR ROOFING NEEDS!! These people are amazing, thoughtful, kind, and the quality of their work has stood the test of time! When it used to rain, I would get sick and stress as I'd listen quietly for the inside "drip" sound. I was worried that I would have to go out into the torrential rain, fumble out the ladder and try not to slip and fall as I'd carry a bucket of patch-seal to slop some of the chemical wherever I thought it might be leaking. Now when it rains... I smile. I still don't sleep great (because of my military issues) but when I do sleep, I don't have dreams of my roof falling down on me and my daughter in a mess of dripping beams and papier-mâché.
