I've gotten 3 different estimates and Angeles Landscaping was definitely a fair estimate when compared to the others. We had one give us an estimate of $3,200, one said $1,500, and Angeles asked for $1,800 so we were happy to pay that amount given the faith we had in his work. When Daniel came over, he asked the right questions and thought of things I didn't think about. He asked how far we wanted the mulch to go for the edges, what we wanted trimmed, how high we wanted to mulch to be (we went with 2.5 inches), and he made sure to let us know he wasn't just going to cover things in mulch, but he was going to remove the moss, weeds, and everything before to do it correctly. We got the estimate on Thursday and Daniel and his team (2 other people) were able to come by on Saturday morning. They started at 8am and were finished around 3pm (so around 8 hours of work). When he was finished he even hung around patiently, asked if I had any questions, and was surprised I didn't have any. I was very confident when meeting him that he would do a good job. I didn't feel like I had to micromanage him to do a good job, and I was correct in thinking that. Overall, I definitely recommend Angeles Landscaping for landscaping needs. Our association hired Liberty Fence to tear down the old fence and put in a new fence. We paid half…read morethe money up front for supplies. When the agreed upon day to start came they were no where to be found. Finally got ahold of someone there and they said "due to bad weather they had to push dates out 2 weeks". That is understandable but we shouldn't have to call to make that happen, especially when we already paid half the money up front. 2 weeks later the new agreed upon date came around and we could get ahold of anyone. All calls went to voicemail and all texts went unanswered. This went on for 2 weeks following the 2nd agreed date to start the project. Finally now, 4 week and a half weeks later he texted back that he had to go take care of something in South Carolina, a family issue but had "forgot to notify his customers that there would be yet, another delay". This would have been fine if we were notified, but at this point we just want the fence job done or our money back. The 3rd agreed upon date has come and gone as of yesterday and surprise surprise, not a word from the company and they haven't started. Do no hire this joke of a company. They will take you money and never show up.

I contacted Jeremy, no response. I contacted Jeremy again on Thursday, no response. Again on Friday, no response. I contacted him again the following Monday, no response. Liberty Fence currently has two suits filed against their bond on WA L&I. Both by lumber distributors. This is publicly accessible information. Visit WA L&I webpage and do a contractor search for Liberty Fence. These suits were posted after I had hired Jeremy, unfortunately. Had I seen these beforehand, I would not have hired him. I have not heard from Jeremy since the Tuesday he told me his guys were finishing up and would head to my site. Each time I call, his mailbox is full and will not accept messages. He does not respond to my texts. I do not recommend this business. Jeremy took my deposit and disappeared. Based on the recent reviews (and those that Yelp is not recommending for some reason), it appears this guy has started taking people's money and disappearing. This is not okay, and I will be reporting him through applicable agencies.

Within two days they provided a proposal with the requested alternatives separately priced. I received a proposal from another company whose price was significantly higher. Premier was selected, and we agreed on a start date a week later. They arrived as agreed, we walked the property and they had good suggestions for dealing with some unusual fence lines and angles. They removed the old fence and set the new posts in one day. As agreed, they returned the next week and built the fence, all in one day. I was amazed at their team work and efficiency. They were great to work with, cleaned up each day, and did not interfere with our activities. In their proposal they described some unique and high quality features of the materials to be used, and the availability of pre-staining. With the completed fence, I can see and truly appreciate these added features. I believe these features create a better looking and longer lasting fence. I am very pleased with Premier Fence and the work they did for me.
