My storage unit price has never changed since I moved in. I pay on autopay so my monthly payment is on time and always the same. I love the easy access off Hwy 9 in Lake Stevens. I love that I can stop by just about anytime I need. I have previously rented at other storage units in Everett and have been broken into multiple times.

I don't use laundromats much since moving out of NYC, however, this is the cleanest one I've been to. Staff are so friendly. Payment is easy - I use my card. I think there's multiple options and I see cash is accepted as well. And one day when I was walking in, I heard another customer raving to the staff how great the place is. They stay open til 11 and you won't be kicked out but there is a timer that does lock the door for incoming. I moved to Mt Vernon recently and come down here to wash my comforter still.

There is a list of items not to throw away and cardboard is free. The issue holding this place back is the employees, I saw three workers and not one of them looked like they wanted to be there. The woman working the front and who was just taking money and moving cars to the dump had such a tone to her voice that just screamed she rather be anywhere else. The two gentlemen directing cars to the lanes also looked upset working and just flailing arms to notify cars to pull forward. Very odd behavior for something that seems very straight forward.

I was lucky they had a machine available on such short notice but more surprised when they said they could get me one within the hour. They delivered a very a new looking machine in under an hour. That is the type of customer service you get when dealing with a local independent business. I know this from 43 years of being in the rental business with a independent company in Bellevue competing with Sunbelt, Herc and United. We stood our ground despite being the little guy with our customer service. Save yourself the hassle dealing with the " big boys " and patronize a company that appreciates your business.
