All of their vendors are extremely professional and they contact YOU when it's time. So you don't need to constantly be keeping tabs on which vendors you need to talk to. Their cake vendor (piece of cake Az) was the star of the show, we got so many amazing compliments on our cake, the food (put a fork in it catering) was also very good as well as their staff! One of the things we loved most was that this venue already looks decorated, so you can save SO much money on little decorations that no one will really even notice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the reception room has such and intimate and easy vibe. I felt at home the entire time! The "affordable" price seems to come at a cost unprofessional management and a disappointing customer service experience will definitely ruin your wedding day or event. My fiancé and I were considering Villa Tuscana for our wedding reception because it fit our budget. After touring other different venues, we were hopeful we had finally found the right place. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed our opinion of the business, and I would strongly encourage other couples to do their research before committing. Our first red flag was our tour guide, Nicole. She came across as uninterested and unenthusiastic, making us feel as though she simply wanted to get the tour over with. When I asked to see the linens, rather than showing them to us, she directed me to their Pinterest page and explained that the linens were all crumpled up. For a venue we're considering investing thousands of dollars in for our wedding, this level of service was disappointing and left a poor first impression. We were touring a venue for one of the most important days of our lives, yet we left feeling like our business was an inconvenience. We should have paid more attention to that first impression, but we gave the venue the benefit of the doubt and hoped it was just one person's attitude. After reading reviews raising concerns about inattentive staff, we did what any responsible couple should do before investing thousands of dollars we asked management questions about staffing and whether we could hire our own wedding coordinator to help ensure our day ran smoothly. Rather than reassuring us, management responded by suggesting Villa Tuscana might not be the right fit for our expectations. Then, despite our understanding that we had until the following Tuesday to make our decision, our contract and invoice were voided because management decided we were too uncertain to proceed. Let that sink in. We were trying to make an informed decision about a major financial commitment, and instead of working with us to address our concerns, management chose to withdraw our paperwork for asking about the negative reviews. A wedding venue should understand that couples are trusting them with thousands of dollars and a once-in-a-lifetime event. Asking questions about staffing, coordination, and the services included in a package is NOT having unreasonable expectations. It is basic due diligence. What concerns me most is that this experience happened before we even booked I can only imagine how couples are treated once they signed the contract and pay thousands of dollars. WE TRULY DODGED A BULLET HERE. To other couples: Please read the reviews, ask questions, and get everything in writing before committing. There are other venues that will value your business, treat your concerns with respect, and be more than happy to answer your questions without becoming defensive. You deserve to feel confident and supported when choosing a venue for one of the most important days of your life. In my opinion, booking here simply isn't worth the risk. Your wedding deserves better than a venue that makes you feel like you're asking for too much just by seeking basic reassurance about their MANY negative reviews before signing a contract. But what REALLY stood out was the customer service from Tallon (sorry if I butchered your name)! He was absolutely fantastic! He continuously checked on us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. What impressed us even more was how attentive he was to all the other customers too. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great experience. Our son is a baseball fanatic and we knew he would have a blast here. As a pitcher, he LOVED the pitching cage. The cage measures your pitch speed and also scores based on your accuracy. What a fun concept. In addition, there are a good amount of batting cages. Each cage is equipped with different sized bats and a helmet. You may also bring your own gear as well. There are softball and baseball cages and speeds of 50 - 80 MPH. We all had a fun time practicing our swings with the virtual pitcher. * Note: Batting cage for left handed hitters is cage 9. There are basketball games in the back along with bowling lanes and arcade games in the facility. Our 5 year old loved the driving games. We couldn't believe the great deal that they have. For $64.99, you can get 90 minutes of unlimited free play for 4 people with a pizza and choice of drink. Yes, UNLIMITED. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. I'm from Las Vegas and we have a lot of wedding venues in Vegas, however, the Villa Siena in Phoenix Arizona was beautiful! The rehearsal was well organized and took less than an hour. The wedding coordinator at Villa Siena walked through the ceremony requirements with the of the required party members such as the bride, groom, bridesmaids etc. Villa Siena is pretty busy. They coordinate 2 weddings a day at their property. The wedding ceremony for our family member was at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. The ceremony started outside in a beautiful courtyard. After the ceremony, all of the party members were brought into a cocktail room with standing tables. The wedding coordinator was having some formal pictures taken after the ceremony, so, all of the attendees had a chance to talk prior to the dinner reception. The dinner reception was wonderful. There was a variety of circular table seating and the bride/groom had a sweetheart table. The room was beautiful though. I did think the dance floor was relatively small, even with just 60 attendees at the wedding. You couldn't really move around much with most of the people on the dance floor, however, if you were just hanging out at a table, eating, then the dinner reception was perfect. The music wasn't too loud and you could still hear people sitting next to you. The dinner service was a buffet option, limited to two meats and two sides. I did have a special order catered from the venue, spaghetti and vegetables. I had a great time attending the wedding. It's a wonderful venue.

We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. My husband and son picked up the florals just before the ceremony at Amanda's home office, our order was so small and the ceremony was nearby, so it was better to pick up the flowers ourselves. The one and only error on the order was there were supposed to be ribbons around each centerpiece vase. But we easily tied some extra ribbon around each vase at the ceremony venue. The bride loved the bouquets, the centerpieces were lovely, we were very pleased with all the florals. Amanda added eucalyptus leaves as an accent to the vases and bouquets, all looked beautiful. They truly lasted and were used on Thursday at both the ceremony and reception venues, then again on Saturday at a second informal reception at the newlyweds' home. Amanda is very creative and is a total flower nut, and I say that as a compliment. My daughter wanted a very traditional "look" and was a tiny bit nervous about Amanda, since she features very unusual florals on her website. But Amanda "delivered" with fresh and beautiful flowers in the right colors, the bouquets sized exactly right, and charming accents. Butterfly Petals gets an A minus, only because the ribbons were not on the vases as specified in the order. I would have no hesitation in recommending Butterfly Petals.
