    Continental breakfast

I stayed here 1 weeknight because I had a work training in Mesa and didn't want to drive from West Valley in morning rush hour. This place does just fine for a night or two. It seems like it was recently remodeled. The lobby is very nice! The rooms feel like they are trying really hard to be classy, but fall short. The beds feel new and are very comfortable. Same with the couch. The TV is disappointing and the remote barely works. Continental breakfast is included and is well done! Nice assortment of options with eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee, assorted cereals and baked goods. I'd stay here again for a night or two.

Very unpleasant I had to pay $500 to stay here for two nights the staff was very unpleasant and unhelpful my room was really it was like damaged none of the amenities were available they do not take cash for snacks and somehow my card keeps being declined for no good reason it's been a nightmare and I paid $500 for this I could have just stayed home and had a much better time and I don't know who works at the night but she is rude as hell and it's ridiculous I'm not happy and I wouldn't waste your money coming here it's not that great

    Big gap under door

Hubby and I stayed here for 2 nights. Everything started off great. The staff are very friendly, the room was clean, and the towels were soft. Unfortunately, the reason for the 2 stars is for the AC unit, and the gap under the door. The AC unit wouldn't stay on, so it made it hard to sleep. The gap under the door is very concerning for me as a solo traveler. Someone can slip something under that gap and open your door. Thank goodness I wasn't traveling solo this time around, for this reason.

We stayed here for 2 nights and our experience was good. The front desk staff was friendly and the check in process was breezy. The room was spacious for 2 Queen beds and a sofa (and I think it is a pull out couch but can't remember since we didn't check it out or needed it). The microwave and fridge is by a small counter with a sink. It also has a little desk and chair too for any work you want to do. The bathroom was decent and clean and the shower/tub and toilet is in one room with a door while the sink and dresser is right next to it, which makes it very convenient and you don't have to wait for someone to be done with the shower/toilet in order to use the sink. The beds are very comfy and clean. The dresser with drawers is quite dated and scruffed up though. It should be updated cuz it makes the room cheaper in quality and looks. The pool area is nice and has towels for guests to use. We used it 2 nights and the first night we had the pool to ourselves but the second night was full of people and kids. There weren't any towels available when I got there, so I went to front desk and asked for some. They also refilled the towels straight away once they heard that. I gave them props for doing that right away cuz they really cared about their guests. The free breakfast was very good! Much better in spread and quality than some hotels, for sure. It has sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, wraps and various breads, bagels. Has fresh fruit, yogut, hot oatmeal, boiled eggs, various milk types, juices and coffee and assorted cereal. Definitely a nice, good spread and they keep everything filled and refilled quickly. There's a lady who also helps keep the area clean and tables cleared quickly. Kudos to the staff for that, both the back and front staff! 2 things, though, I would suggest the hotel to consider: 1. While the closet has sufficient hangers, I find the room is lacking hooks to hang towels or your clothes, esp in the bathroom where you want to hang your towels. Some wall hooks would make it more convenient for guests. 2. The towel rack in the bathroom/shower is all rusty underneath. REALLY should change it cuz not only it looks terrible/gross, it isn't sanitary, health/safety wise. Overall, it was a good, clean hotel, has friendly staff, good breakfast spread and location is safe and clean. I would come back here again.

This is a solid place to stay, though a little on the high side as far as price. Olivia and Gabriel were outstanding, as was the breakfast crew and housekeeping staff. Just four knocks: 1. Bathtubs instead of showers. No thank you. I don't want to die falling out of a narrow tub after showering. 2. Huge gap under the doors. I don want to get a contact high when the Jamaicans in the next room are passing the dutchie on the left hand side. Plus door gaps in scorpion rich Arizona mean you might get a midnight visitor or two. 3. Powdered eggs at breakfast. Perhaps a delicacy at a correctional facility but not what I would expect from a $250 a night Hyatt property. And 4. The carcinogenic chemical cream cheese caulking paste is not only unpalatable, but disgusting. Pony up the money for some Philly cream cheese.

    Stains galore.

The sink still has toothpaste stains. The box spring was torn and had some ever so wonderful stains. Never again y'all. I'm really just writing this review for myself so that the next time I need a hotel in Mesa I make sure to go to my own page. I wanna say the original prices was $250. Thank the lord for the AAA discount cause that would've been robbery! Norma do not stay here. It was gross. Don't get shiny ball syndrome because it's near bass pro. The end.

I came here for a really large work party and the best way to describe the ambiance was a nice wedding reception without a wedding. We had beautifully decorated tables with assigned seats, fun music, a bar, and photo ops. The drinks were good - in my opinion they were pretty standard event cocktails. Definitely tasty, but not craft cocktail level drinks. When it came time to eat and we all went through the buffet, I had pretty low expectations since it is a buffet to feed over 100 people. I have to say though, the food was really and truly wonderful. Best event food I've had hands down. Overall if you're looking for a fun place for your next large party this is a great option. I'd be happy to have a reason to go back!

What a great venue for fun and dining…read more My group of friends live all over the valley and are always looking for a place to meet that is centrally located. This is located just off the 101 and 202 freeway in the east values. While some of us are just learning Pickleball, we do have a couple of seasoned players. This was the perfect venue to meet up, play and enjoy brunch afterwards. Dink & Dine has indoor and outdoor courts which is great as it is already turning warm in the valley. The garage style doors of the building open so you have that indoor/outdoor concept. I believe there are 16 indoor courts and 9 outdoor courts. I noticed meeting rooms available should you want to do a company event. We played all morning then enjoyed brunch afterwards. Our sever was Parker who was very friendly and attentive. I enjoyed a Bloody Mary and avocado toast with poached eggs. Both were delicious. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly. If you're looking for a great spot to play or stop for lunch, give Dink & Dine a try.

The food wasn't better and the drinks weren't better, but people came to check on us multiple times during our visit, which I appreciated (compared to the other pickleball place near me.) This time, we were on our court for 20 minutes before I went up to the front desk to ask if a server was going to come to us or if we should order at the bar. They said someone should be with us and they'd check on it, and shortly after, someone came to get our food and drink order. One time is fine and understandable, but then after that, I didn't see anyone check on us for another hour. So, due to the delay, I went up to the bar to get a 2nd drink. I would have ordered more food too, but just got a drink at the bar instead. When we wanted to close our original tabs (and our court time was up), we went back to the front desk to ask we if could close out. Then it took a few more minutes for our original server to come back and close us out before we could leave. I feel like my expectations aren't high, but wanting someone to check on you at least 2-3 times during a 2 hour experience doesn't seem like a lot to ask for. And I would have spent a lot more money on food and drink if someone had checked on us! Courts are nice, food/drink are decent. Service has been better, maybe it's just a Sunday night thing.

Let me begin by saying planning a wedding is a strange experience unlike anything I've ever done…read more (Hopefully) you only do it once and so it's generally not something you come into well practiced. That said it's easy to let hubris kick in and think "throw a big party... how hard could that be? Maybe I'll do it myself"... DON'T. Of all the investments you will make into your wedding the choice of hiring a wedding planner might be the most important. Stranger yet is that you need to make this choice up front, but the true value is back-end loaded as you get closer to the event. Be patient. When you are feeling the pressure of pulling off one of the most important events of your lifetime and ensuring your 150 person guest list has an amazing time and that a venue you've never been to before beyond the tour is everything you wanted and more on the day, in your pictures, and in your memories, Bloom and Blueprint will be there. Casey was an absolute joy to work with. Up front she put in the work to help put us in contact with prospective vendors, give us guidance on the process, do some budget planning, and get some input on what we were looking for and generally give us an overview of what to expect along the way. She adjusted her style to ours letting us be as involved as we wanted to be and also present for anything we needed when we had questions. The truly heavy lifting started about 3-4 months out from the wedding date as the design meetings came about and it was time to start putting together a show-flow. If we had been left to do any of the design ourselves it would likely have been nice, but what Maggie and her team did was nothing short of stunning, and would have been impossible for us to come up with even with years to plan. We and our guests loved how original, fun, elevated, and high quality the decorations and florals were. We had a 14 hour day of ceremony, lunch, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Our requests were that we wanted it to feel effortless and unhurried to us and our guests. We wanted time to eat the food, drink the drinks, dance, and actually hang out with our guests. We didn't want to be ushered from place to place to check all the wedding boxes, we just wanted to have a good time on our wedding day with our favorite people. Casey organized everything in such a way that it felt seamless. Organizing the many vendors, working with the venue and advocating on our behalf, making sure none of the little details went overlooked and fighting any fires that come up to reduce the stress of the last minute unwelcome surprises. A story to highlight this was that one of our linens for the table coverings had become a central template for our program designs and seating chart etc. On the Thursday before our Saturday Wedding Casey and Maggie discovered that the linens were stuck in Chicago and were at risk of not arriving on time. Casey spent hours visiting other linen stores around AZ to find an alternate vendor, but the linens were proprietary to the original shop. In order to make sure their problem did not become our problem, Casey called me with a solution: they'd swap the tables and then do a custom wrap on the tables with the print. It turned out better and more impressive than if the linens had arrived as planned and there were no surprise expenses. We could not be happier with the way our wedding turned out and it is thanks in large part to Casey and Maggie.

We were anxious about the price, but it was absolutely worth it to have the details taken care of for you. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Our wedding weekend was such a success thanks to her dedication and hard work -- she truly made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered that weekend. Her knowledge of South Asian multicultural weddings was impressive (honestly, she knew more than I did!). We couldn't have asked for a better planner and can't recommend Casey and Bloom and Blueprint enough!

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.
