The donuts here were a great balance of sweet and unique flavors. The lady that helped us was fabulous kind and really wanted us to have a good time. Yum, Yum, YUM! Country donutz don't have donuts like "other" big name donut places, it is very evident they make these fresh. They are soft, full and the service is amazing. I always get the Oreo donut (which I love that it is just iced, no glaze). You can also pick out donuts and personalize them with whatever filling flavor you'd like! Something for everyone. And a personal fav, donuts that have frosting as a filling. For when you need that extra sweet stuff not just on top but inside- could anything be any more gluttonous? This trip I went with old fashioned, strawberry butterfly (this was super good), chocolate glaze and an orange glaze. I'm only in Salisbury sporadically, but I'll make my way here again. It's a quick turn right off of I-85. Lastly, I realized how conditioned I am to paying high prices for 'gourmet' donuts at other establishments. You pick a few items, and next this you know you have to hand over more than just a 20 dollar bill. Deep sigh. I paid a little over $6 for 5 delicious donuts, one of them the size of two. I love their lemon filled doughnuts! Best lemon filling I have ever tasted. You pick your shell and then fill it with whatever insides you want. They aren't prefilled which I like better. This time I tried the cinnamon toast crunch doughnut and it was just okay, nothing I would ever get again. I tried the buttermilk cakes for the first time but they were too hard and dry at first bite and I dont know if they are suppose to be or if they were old. The pink boxes ate cute but put them in an airtight container if you arent eating them the first day, boxes arent air tight. Will definately be back for more lemon filled!!! read more

I'd say they're normal donuts you could find at say Krispy Kreme or dunkin are just okay and wouldn't say they're worth the box space. And DO NOT GET the BOBA! It was really disappointing and the boba tasted super bland with the Thai tea I got tasting like it was from a can :/ The premium donuts are def worthy tho! Whether the strawberry butterfly or the bear claw or the apple fritter, there really isn't a bad choice amongst them! Even the old school buttermilk donuts (I can't remember the name) are super tasty those are some of my recs and price wise for premium donuts they are pretty affordable and quite large enough for one donut for at least 2 people!
