solid nyc style italian bakery. being from nyc it's hard to find decent pastries. this place fits the bill. love it.

Bring on a big, delicious eclair! The cases were tantalizing! I actually had a moment where I wanted to pick out 5 different things, but reality gripped me and I had to reel that excitement in and pick one! Just one! Kathleen helped me eat my eclair- 2 year old sheer happiness right there! It's been a while since I indulged in an eclair! read more

Don't miss the eclairs if you stop by this bakery in Mooresville. We had them and they lived up to the hype! They have great coffee and cappuccinos if you want to enjoy your treat in the bakery. We took home a beautiful loaf of Italian bread that was 10/10! read more

Holy cannoli!!! The BEST cannolis around, hands down, and I have been searching, ever since I had one here about two months ago. I visited this bakery for the first time in early May. I got one of their delicious chocolate mousse individual cakes which I ate right away, and a cannoli to take home. Ever since then I have been trying to find a good cannoli by me in Concord to no avail, so we found ourselves back there picking up more. They have a wide variety of other assorted pastries and cookies, make custom cakes, and serve coffee. The owners are from NY, and are legit. Definitely come here for your cannoli fix! read more

Really great Italian bakery! I have been wanting to try this place for years but I never go to Mooresville. I finally decided to go and it was sooo good. The st Joseph pastries were really good. I loved the cream inside! The cannoli were nice and fresh. The eclair was ok, nothing special. I didn't like that the chocolate on top was so hard. The rainbow cookies were my favorite! They were so light and very moist! read more

Stopped by here on our way back to our AirBNB and it's a small little place but I really enjoyed the brownies (pecans?? I'm in!). The service was nice as she was quick and attentive. Unfortunately their latte machine was broken otherwise I would have loved a latte on that rainy day. I got a tea instead but it was kind of a self serve type of thing. We also got some cookies and they were pretty good and a decent size. Overall would recommend, the prices were fitting and I would be back even if it was just for the brownies and cookies! read more

Coming from a big Italian family we love it! We grew up in an area that has a heavy Italian culture and lots of options to eat. Mooresville has very limited Italian options that are authentic and this place feels like home. It's absolutely delicious and so good! read more

Overhyped honestly tiny shop plus parking and a line going out the door and nobody knows what personal space is.

What a great find! Best brownies ever, we had the dipped cheese cake perfect New York cheesecake. The chocolate mouse tort was the most amazing flavors rolled into each bite! Come and be prepared to be undecided and want everything. read more

How have I never been here before?!?! This Italian style bakery from NY is in downtown Mooresville, great location, had a wide variety of sweets. I was drawn to the cookie case and got two of everything. I thought the prices were very fair, the assorted cookies in the case were $13.99 per pound. I have never had Italian style cookies before but they were so soft and full of flavor with a lot of options, very fresh. I also loved that they're open on Saturdays, as a lot of bakeries are not. I can't wait to come back to the area and visit this bakery again and try more sweet treats! read more

Where to start their Cookies or Customer Service? I'm so glad I made the 35 minute trip to taste these cookies because a few pounds will be at Christmas this year! Their Rainbow Cookies are to die for so moist and flavorful and Mmmmmm the Italian wedding cookies! So buttery and mouth watering! I actually got one of each cookie to try while we were there and I must say NOT ONE was a disappointment. I can't wait to go back to get more!!!! Best Italian cookies I've had living down south in 13 years!!!!! Hidden GEM!!!! I got so carried away with the cookies I almost failed to mention how wonderful the owner is! She has responded so quickly on social media to all my questions so quickly and throughly! Pleasure chatting with her and she constantly give props to her husband Joe for all his hard work making all the yumminess!!!! read more

I recently read an article about this bakery in Lake Norman Currents that highlighted all of the delicious treats they offer. The shop is in downtown Mooresville, and open even with COVID 19 creeping around. I visited today to get some treats to bring home for dessert and each was distinct and packed with flavor. The Carrot Cake was very fresh and moist, but the frosting that tops it is not cream cheese. It's still delicious, but my daughter missed the tart bite of the cream cheese frosting. The lemon bar more than made up for the tartness! It made me pucker! My personal favorite was the Rainbow Almond Cake, which has 3 beautifully colored layers with raspberry sauce between each, all enrobed in a coating of delicious yet delicate chocolate. So good, and so beautiful! I can't wait to go back to this charming little shop downtown! read more

Recently visited this bakery and purchased an assortment of cookies. Everything was delicious and our friends loved it. My daughter loved the cookie we bought and is looking forward to coming back. I am a somewhat coffee snob :-) and purchased a latte. While not a lot of options like you would find in mainstream coffee shops, my beverage was still very delicious. Will be back. Highly recommend. read more

What a hidden gem this was! This was my first time visiting the storefront but definitely not my last. My husband and I were gifted some cookies in a wedding basket and they were delicious so I had to come back for more. To my surprise, there was way more than cookies. Everything in the case was so beautiful and perfect, almost too perfect to eat. I got a half pound assorted cookies, a large slice of chocolate covered cheese cake, a brownie the size of my face and a fresh filled when ordered cannoli. This was for a total of $18!!! The staff was so sweet and very helpful. I explained that it was my first time in and she gave me so many options to choose from. Can't wait to get back in there to try come of their coffee drinks! Ps. Everything tasted DELICIOUS! read more

Hands down the best cheesecake and cannoli that I've ever had. The owners are also extremely friendly. I can't wait to go back!

I've been in and out of Cyn Tucci's off and on since arriving in the south and the more time I spend at bakeries south of the Manson-Nixon line the more I like it in here, and even though the owners claim NYC roots the butter cookies taste of my midwestern youth. Rainbow cookies, berry tarts, and linzers, and hamantaschen could wreck a fellow but that's the chance you take. It's nice to have smaller versions of the delicate cookies dabbed with fruit filing and dusted confectioners' sugar although the regulation sizes are truer to form. Always a fan of Linzer tarts regardless of currant or raspberry fillings, they're so cute it's hard to eat just seven... Hamantaschen are good but better larger... Rainbow cookies are actually layered cake except way almond-er and cut in wee small pieces that should still be bit in half when served with straight black coffee. Berry tart is everything you'd hoped for in a tart. Trust me on this, I didn't become so well rounded by eating mass produced glop for the masses... read more

Just moved to Mooresville and stopped in for treats for my family after a long week of unpacking. Wow. I wanted one of each, but settled on breakfast pastries. They were fantastic. Not only were the pastries good (bummed he sold the last cinnamon roll to the customer before me), but equally important was that Joe (owner) was incredibly nice and very welcoming. He took a few minutes to share a little about himself and the business along with some of his go to pizza places in the area. What a fabulous find right around the corner from my house. I look forward to trying his breads and desserts! He shared that he does pies and holiday dessert trays. Look forward to also trying the cannolis that are made to order. Actually, looking forward to trying pretty much everything!!! read more

This is a must try!!! I stopped in here on a Thursday evening while walking downtown and met the owner and his wife. I purchased a chocolate chip cheese cake tart, and a few other small cookies for my girls. Wow, was I surprised by the flavor, quality and made from scratch items I got. I made a second visit the following day and purchased a hand full of breakfast pastries, along with some Mother's Day cakes and a loaf of Italian bread. Being a baker/chef I am not easily wowed but this place has done it. I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

This is the best Italian Bakery I've ever been to. We went to an Italian Market near the lake to get some things to have a picnic and afterwards decided to look up an Italian Bakery. Cyn Tucci's definitely didn't disappoint. We bought a couple pounds of Italian Cookies, 4 eclairs, and a couple pieces of cake. I wish I had known they bake bread too, although I think they might of been out anyway by the afternoon. But more of a reason to go back again. read more
