They also put a chocolate covered roasted espresso bean (CCREB) on the little indention on the lid in case you need MORE coffee and chocolate! (and who doesn't). This location seemed new. It had a front entrance but at this location, most people enter in the rear. That's where the parking lot is located. The rear entrance is smaller and harder to see as it's a narrow corridor to get in. It gets lost with the other entrances and stairs. Once inside, it's easy to walk to the front to order or pick up your mobile order. They have some comfy looking seating and there were a bunch of others working and meeting there. All I get at this chain is hot mochas, so I can't comment on anything else. But I'd imagine the other stuff is good.

They had plenty of drink and food choices. I got the Iced Honey Lavender Latte and it was soooo good! The sweetness and the lavender flavor was definitely just the right amount and meshed well together. The coffee flavor was a bit underwhelming, but I would recommend getting this drink if you are a Lavender person. I will be coming back before my vacation ends in North Carolina!

I hate writing bad reviews on Yelp. I know that businesses and their employees generally try very…read morehard. This may be the worst $20 I've ever spent in my life. Visiting from out of town so I wanted to try a local coffee place. The rating and the name sounded encouraging. Only one person working so the line to order was long. We asked for the egg sandwiches featured prominently on a sign at the entrance ... and they were not available. In fact, the bakery case was nearly empty. At 8:30 a.m. The woman behind the counter suggested two of their breakfast croissants. We asked to have them heated. After a, no kidding, 10 minute wait she let us know that she had broken the oven. So we asked for them cold because we needed to go. They were dreadful. Tossed mine. And in a wonderful display of irony, even their large screen television menu failed while we were in the room. I will say that the coffee was perfectly serviceable. Experiences like this are why people go to chains like Starbucks for coffee and breakfast. I would say I want my tip back, but I suspect she is so frazzled that she earned it and then some. Absolute disaster. I hope our experience was a one off.

Wonderful place to grab breakfast! This morning I had my first experience at Cocotte. Our order was…read morethe Saint Germaine sandwich, the breakfast croissant, and two drip coffees. The sandwich was spectacular on a wonderful crusty baguette. It wasn't heated up and made fresh about two hours before I came in most likely, so it wasn't soggy as others mentioned. It was wonderful. The flavor was very savory. My grandmother was very pleased with her breakfast sandwich! Big, flaky croissant with fluffy eggs! The coffee was not weak and I enjoyed it. Creamer was offered as a self-serve from a pitcher. It certainly felt better than opening 9 creamer cups between two people. Free water was offered at the end of the line, too. So, no waiting for a refill. I also got two pastries to go-- both were spectacular. Sweet in a savory and memorable way, rather than being over-the-top and masking fake-y ingredients with sugar like many places do. The bakers do a wonderful job. Despite the crowd and line, the employees moved quickly and kindly. Pleasantries were still exchanged and things made-to-order were out in a timely manner. The people here work very hard. It's a hectic job but they do it well and they do it without sacrificing small niceties or helpfulness. The interior was nice, too. Tables were kept clean and there was a nice area for little ones to occupy themselves while parents enjoyed their drink and meal. Books, some plushies, and pretend-play toys were there. No tablets or items that could make them hyper. I very much enjoyed my experience after a hard night and morning. Thank you to everyone that works at Cocotte for showing up and staying kind. With tip, for two people you can expect to spend around $35. Not a terrible price for a great brunch experience with great environment + people. I recommend 100%. Though, maybe come early in the morning while everything is fresh. Others have different experiences late in the day it sounds like.

I actually went in to buy a Napoleon but there weren't any. I was told they don't make them all the time. I purchased a chocolate eclair instead. Very fresh and quite large. I'd like to try the food next time I visit. Everything looked delicious from other customers in the cafe.
