Despite the tremendous amount of work involved, he took the time to really prep the floors and completed the entire project by himself. Joe was always kind, respectful, and kept us updated throughout the entire process so we always knew what to expect. On top of all that, his pricing was very fair and offered outstanding value for the quality of work he delivered. He even helped us to get the best prices on our flooring. Initial contact with Jack was great. We called and he came a few days later to measure our rooms and to prepare an estimate. First time meeting him, we knew this would be the person we would like to have to do our flooring. He mentioned that he had a backlog, but we were in no rush for this job, so we said we would wait until he could fit us into his schedule. During this time, we ordered the flooring and all the materials needed (baseboards, T-molding, etc.). Pami, did an awesome job in breaking down the estimate and the square footage for us so we knew how much flooring to purchase. She was always able to respond to my emails that very same day. Usually within a few minutes. And we appreciate just how friendly and responsive she is! The quote was broken down nicely so you know just what you're paying for, and we appreciated that. There was no hidden fees or anything sneaky. The pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work that Jack does for the project. Jack's quality of work is outstanding. He's very meticulous and has pride in his work. His attention to detail is also excellent. The job site is very clean. He protects items and every day after leaving, cleans up. JDS Flooring is highly recommended for your flooring project. We found Jack based on all these highly praised reviews. Every single 5-star he receives is well worth it. Jack is a really cool guy to talk to about practically everything. There's a reason why Jack is in high demand. His personality, attention to detail and the quality of work along with a very reasonable price are all the reasons why. Also, don't forget Pami, who is also awesome with providing quotes, clarification and if there are any questions, will consult with Jack and get back to you. Thank you Jack and Pami!

The first time was to replace laminate flooring in half of my condo following a refrigerator leak. Paradise Flooring was able to match the existing flooring, originally purchased from a different company nearly 10 years ago. They also connected me to a great installer. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the finished product is perfect, as if nothing had ever happened. The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. Again, I wanted to match the existing shower walls (possibly from the 80's) and although a perfect match was not possible, the ones we chose are very close and look great. Besides the product itself, I appreciated Paradise Flooring for their clear communication, kind and professional staff, and efficiency and care even though this was a relatively small job. OMG to say 'a wood finishing business' does not pay homage to what an amazing service Chris and company provide. To date, Hardwood Oil Hawaii has breathed life into seven pieces of teak furniture/countertops in our home. Chris restored these pieces from from sad, tired and grey to rich, robust and beautiful. The professional level that Chris shows, i.e. showing up on time, completing work in a timely manner, and adhering to his bid is exemplary. In addition to this, we just built a sundeck consisting of 3 section of Ipe (hardwood). Unfortunately, the wood is already looking sad, tired and grey. I asked Chris if he could apply a 'small' sample of WOCA (a natural oil stain). Within 5 days, he refinished one entire section. The difference between the two is astounding; and he did this at his cost. I want to Woca my entire house!!!! Thanks guys - you are the best!!!! You are like family!
