Occasionally I'll buy some items here. I wouldn't say prices are egregious, that wouldn't be fair. But Walmart not too far away also wins in this department. The current development of the pharmacy now being closed on weekends couldn't be more untimely or befuddling. Can we predict when we need medication? Can we predict when we get sick? My work/life schedule doesn't always allow me to visit during the week. My wife really needed something this past weekend, and when I pulled up I whispered to myself, "not surprising, but oh so annoying." Other customers felt the same, with one audibly yelling something more profane. Well, they still got me. I ended up buying two random things while I was there. This is a location that is always staffed well now that self checkout areas have been consolidated and are smaller. Something that needs to be done with Handicap Parking as over sized spaces are a waste when more spaces are what's needed more for the elderly. Apparently this Supermax center does things different than any other Walmart and you have to "push a button" to get help, when there's no signs to tell you to push a button. And when you're from out of state where they actually do not treat people like dirt, and the items are not locked away like they were in this store, and where you don't have to push buttons for help, it takes a bit of getting used to. Remember, if you go here...push a button. You may not know what button to push, or what the button looks like, but push it! But just like a late night after drinking- Walgreens and a Burrito Supreme are the same, I always find myself tearing into one. Maybe it's because they're located on just about every street corner (or they appear to be), or it could be, the over-generous and gracious operating hours (24 hours), or they have just about everything you, your spouse, or your second cousin will ever need when requested in a five minute window. Walgreens is sort of like a Flea Market with prescriptions, $1 toys, and fountain drinks but they also develop film and have a loyalty program. Visionaries...no doubt.

Told me to put in the refrigerator and it would be fine. I looked up and that was not true. Once at room temp, you can not refrigerate again. 2) husband had spinal fusion surgery and it's taken up to 5 days to fill pain meds on 2 different occasions. Had to go without for 2 days trying to get filled. And you can't get opioid from another location without a new RX. 3) called last Saturday to try to get after 3 days and was on hold for over an hour saying I was second in line. Finally drove over and they were closed, as no pharmacist on staff. So couldn't pick up until Monday. This has happened 2 times over last month. Why doesn't their message say they are closed and contact another location? Very frustrated with their service. Switching to Walmart, as they have good reviews.
