Shorted me on my medication (adderall). Not the first time this has happened, but the first time in awhile. Of course I didn't count it right in front of them, only when i got home, so they wont do anything about it. I got 28 of 30. The "head pharmacist" that i spoke to on the phone said she counted them twice. I said you either counted wrong twice, or took them. I guess enjoy your adderall lady:) I will be speaking with whoever your boss is soon enough. After looking through reviews, I saw that I am not the only person this has happened to. And not only that, everyone seems to have a horrible experience at this place. Worst part is: it's not even my regular pharmacy. My local CVS was just out of stock because I just moved up on these from 20 to 30mg, so they sent me here. Ridiculous. Will never be coming here again... that is, after I go talk to her boss.

No carts in the store, pharmacy staff were rude and unhelpful. Many items out or stock and trash on the lobby floor. Choose a different location.

Seriously, any other pharmacy. This place is never open when they say they will be, it's dirty, and anything you might want is locked.

One of the few 24 hour pharmacies on the west side of Denver. Lifesaver. They are hard to find.

My delivery was…read moreover an hour late, and when the driver finally showed up, they took a photo of the wrong building to pretend they'd delivered the groceries. He stole them instead and marked the order as delivered. The groceries never arrived, and to make matters worse, customer service handled the situation with absolutely no care. When I reached out for help, I was met with dismissive responses and zero accountability. I was told I'd receive a refund and a confirmation email--neither ever came. At this point, it feels like they're hoping I'll give up and go away. I will instead go through my bank for a refund and file a police report. Groceries are already expensive, and customers deserve better than this kind of careless, inconsiderate treatment. Between the unreliable drivers and the useless customer support, this service has completely lost my trust. You can spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy paying for items that never show up.

The registers are also not ready when doors open…read more Multiple employees standing around including security guards on their phones or having a chat. There is never an actual lane open, so you have to check and bag your own groceries, working for them for free is not my idea of a good business model. The lines are always horrible and long. The only reason for the 1 star is that it is a nice store that usually has a pretty good selection. Overall, not a good experience the few times I have been there because if the customer has to watch those getting paid doing nothing. Do better because we do have other options.

It's a bit aged looking and run down but it gets the job done…read more Security right outside and I guess for some it looks sketch, but I've seen worse. There's an attendant working at the front where the self check out kiosks were. One for card only, the other for cash and card. Can never go wrong with 2/5 Monsters, especially where you can get the weirder and more rare flavors. I got the Shockingly Smooth blue and Wickedly Creamy orange. I've seen these before but never in the same place. Nice, nice! I also got the canned oxygen I needed, wanted to be fancy and got the menthol one, so 2 birds killed with one stone. Easy shopping, not bad prices for what I got.

It's in walking distance (about a 7 minute stroll) from the Denver Sheridan and there are trolleys available that run along the street. For it being in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic it was decently organized. It's not the widest of stores but it stretches decently far back. There are travel size items, a souvenir aisle with mugs and shirts etc and then your usual pharmacy related items. I don't remember seeing a ton of items behind locked doors. There's a decent amount of end caps items and even a clearance section. When I came on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm the cashiers were on the floor cleaning and restocking so it was all self check out. There were about 4 self check out stands.

I went through a dozen pharmacies before I found ClearSpring. When I called, they were very helpful in locating it from their wholesaler and upon receiving the prescription from my doctor, had it in stock! Then, my first prescription refill was needed, and they told me there was a shortage (I was aware) and there was no date in sight to get it. Unhelpful. Sorted that out by going elsewhere. Thought I'd give them another chance with another prescription refill. This one needed a prior authorization. I requested it several weeks before I would run out to give time to navigate these hiccups. I was traveling internationally for a few weeks and came back with no communication. I texted them to check and they let me know the prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went to pick them up and the one prescription was still being charged as self-pay/out of pocket for $1k. When I asked, they said it still never got the prior auth. They also had my number incorrect, which would explain why they were not proactive at telling me what was available for pick or up not. Now I'm about to run out of my asthma medication and have no resolution in sight due to the lack of communication. Overall: communication was terrible, service not much better considering all the issues I was up against. Some of that is not their fault, but they didn't handle it very well either. I've transferred my prescriptions back to my last pharmacy.

Second floor has make up, health items, some toys and board games, decorations, baby supplies, etc. Just imagine a shrunken Target with only the essentials. This is the stop you have here. The Target itself is clean and relatively safe. The shelves are usually well stocked. The people who work here are reasonably friendly and helpful. Most of the customers are ok. The prices are what inflated prices are nowdays. The only issue is that the area has a lot of homeless and at least 1-2 will be at the store entrance every time you shop here. Most of them will not bother you nor will they usually go into the store. The security guard may ask them to leave. However, some of the homeless camped out at this store entrance may proposition you. Just ignore them and you should be ok.
