It's a bit aged looking and run down but it gets the job done. Security right outside and I guess for some it looks sketch, but I've seen worse. There's an attendant working at the front where the self check out kiosks were. One for card only, the other for cash and card. Can never go wrong with 2/5 Monsters, especially where you can get the weirder and more rare flavors. I got the Shockingly Smooth blue and Wickedly Creamy orange. I've seen these before but never in the same place. Nice, nice! I also got the canned oxygen I needed, wanted to be fancy and got the menthol one, so 2 birds killed with one stone. Stopped by here because I was in a pinch. Packed last minute for a flight and forgot my deodorant. This place was clutch. It's in walking distance (about a 7 minute stroll) from the Denver Sheridan and there are trolleys available that run along the street. For it being in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic it was decently organized. It's not the widest of stores but it stretches decently far back. There are travel size items, a souvenir aisle with mugs and shirts etc and then your usual pharmacy related items. I don't remember seeing a ton of items behind locked doors. There's a decent amount of end caps items and even a clearance section. When I came on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm the cashiers were on the floor cleaning and restocking so it was all self check out. There were about 4 self check out stands. read more

We stopped in this CVS to get a few supplies to our hotel room and this is a well organized - clean CVS! First off there was no where to park but I'm not going to blame CVS for that I mean it's downtown Denver for crying out loud, we had to ask the cashier to help us find something and she was more than happy to, and she didn't have an attitude. Found this CVS along the 16th Street Mall area of downtown Denver. The prices of cold beverages at the Convention Center were outrageous, and going to pick up Monster drinks close by using my rewards card was perfect. The only downside was that there were no public restrooms there. A CVS employee did point out a pizza place nearby that would allow non customers to use their facilities. read more

I'm writing this review for the Pharmacy staff and the Pharmacist. I was 2 days short of my Prescriptions that I take on a daily basis and since I'll be in Denver I decided to fill them here before I head off to Utah. Both Jessica and Jennifer went out of their way to make sure that my RXs got filled promptly and that they were ready when I got to the store. Noticed I was being followed around the store, of course I'm the only black person shopping, so it's only right to go down 3 different aisles, only to be greeted by a watchful set of eyes. I decided to return the favor and follow this individual around the store. He texted his manager and I told them both I would be following him around the store as he had done me. He got frustrated and said that I'm trespassing It's exhausting to have to deal with these racist retards at every turn. Convenient or not I will not spend my money here if possible. read more

This store was lacking in so many ways. A lot of items were out. The items that were in stock did not have pricing underneath them. And no associates were anywhere to be found. We came here for 3 items, could only find two, so we went to Walgreens next door. The self check out machines did not accept cash either - not a problem for us, but could be for others. read more

I was in need of deodorant and keychains (I had to separate a bunch of sets of keys). The Walgreens or whatever is diagonally across the street was selling the same deodorant for 2X the price of CVS (WTF?), so I came into CVS and was glad I did. This CVS is a little thin on supply, the shelves were a bit bare, but the employee Aeron was super nice and helped me find what I needed very quickly. He also drew my attention to some other options in the store that helped me. There was a summer cloudburst and the rain was coming down hard as I was paying for my purchases. I bought a candy bar and stood in the store, ate the candy bar and waited for the rain to calm down. Aeron was totally cool with my waiting there. A super nice guy, and helpful. read more

Store is absolutely filthy and the pharmacy staff are terribly rude, dismissive and combative. Every visit there has been awful. I will be finding a better pharmacy for my refills. read more

Paulina was an angel. I don't like the fact that CVS requires you to call them to get them to mail you their prescription. Or maybe you can get on the app or the website but who remembers that password? I just want everything sent automatically I wanted to pay automatically my doctor will send the prescription automatically I never have to do anything. Except call to have them deliver it. Like I say, Pauleen was awesome. She got my order done in record time I live a block from King Soopers that has a pharmacy. I could just walk over there and get it.
