Customers represent people who may be a little sick or battling an illness with no cure. Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Out of every pharmacy and every Walgreens in the country, this is legitimately the worst run operation I have ever seen. The staff is absolutely incompetent, they are CONSTANTLY out of stock of routine medications and the wait is always at least 4-6 people deep. Good luck getting them to remember to update your insurance after you've given them your updated information multiple times or getting ahold of them on the phone to ask why a script isn't going through. Something is wrong here. I will never give this store or any Walgreens my business again after today. If you need to fill a prescription go to CVS or Costco or a grocery store. This is a confusingly bad Walgreens. They have made mistakes with my insurance that has made it hard to get prescriptions filled elsewhere. They have had websites that glitch when trying to reschedule appointments and then leave you on hold when you call to try to prevent them having a no show. The pharmacy staff is both incompetent and rude. read more

I agree with other negative reviews regarding the pharmacy. It is very unreliable and it takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes to run in and grab a prescription. Unorganized, chaotic, unfriendly staff. Finally made the switch to a new pharmacy and should have done it years ago. read more

I Like Walgreens I can't hate on Walgreens. The pharmacy here is a great spot to get your prescriptions, although the line usually moves like tree sap on a winter day. The store itself is nice. I will make sure to never choose this pharmacy again! They seem very disorganized. The first time I went to pick up my prescription, it wasn't ready, and I was quoted 30-40 minutes. Come to find out they have a scheduled lunch break at the same time they told me to come back. They said they would text me when my prescription was ready. I never got a text. There were four people waiting ahead of me and it took more than 30 minutes to be helped. Lesson learned, I hope this helps someone who wants convenience. read more

Every morning I go there before school, and there is a very nice old lady who is delight to be around waiting to check me out! And when I had pneumonia a couple of years back, the pharmacy got my prescription ready when I needed it! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Pharmacy hasn't filled my Rx for two weeks and a day now. Said out of stock so had to order more...no problem, I'm used to that which is why I order days early. Now they're on shortened hours and the pharmacy is closed half the day, so even though I was told I'd have my script in by yesterday morning (after being told it wasn't ever ordered initially 2 weeks ago after my doc sent the Rx...) it's still not here and it's Fri afternoon. I'm going on 2 weeks without a medication I've had for decades for the first time in my life because of this pharmacy. (And it's not on a nationwide shortage, I checked. And they confirmed it's not on a shortage and that they simply had to place an order...) And I'm from NYC where everything is harder than it should be but this is the worst I've seen. Everyone that works there is nice and It's close and convenient but it's definitely time to switch it up once and for all. So sad and honestly infuriating. It's affecting my day to day life to not have my medication that regulates my mental health. It's not ok to mess with people's meds. Not to mention it's $30 more a month to fill my Rx here than other pharmacies. I thought I was paying for convenience but now I'm paying extra for a headache and emotional side effects on one of the most important weeks of my life. read more

You leave much to be desired, but have a great location. Things are mis shelved sometimes like the 100$ whitening kit in the 16$ slot? Then the cashier was telling me how wrong I was to say anything, about what made me confused. The pharmacy line when I had to pick up scripts was always super time consuming, I get them at Sam's club now. I ordered photos around the holidays and they printed weird. No customer service to care whatsoever with the photo department. Then I needed a finger brace and all they have are larges. I guess small people don't break fingers? I only come here when it is on the way. The 3 stars is for cold beverages and candy. read more

Sign at the entrance clearly states that customers must wear masks. Watched a lady carry her mask in her hands the entire time she walked around the store with a smirk on her face, not one employee asked her to put it on. Follow the state guidelines, please! I really owe this place an updated review. It's been my go-to drug store for over three years now, and the majority of my visits have been above average. It can be crowded, but staff does their best to pull customers over to check us out in cosmetics. I also had about 30 photos printed today, from 4x4 to poster size. They had the whole order done in less than the time promised, the quality is good, and the employee running the photo shop was friendly and efficient. read more

Pharmacy can get a line sometimes depending on the time of the day but there's always parking (which not the case for other walgreens in the city) and it's nice to have really good customer service and just pleasant people. read more

Really unorganized and understaffed pharmacy. There's always a huge line.They have on multiple occasions called to tell me my order was ready when it wasn't then called again multiple times the same day and when I made multiple trips my order still was delayed for insurance until the next day. I had called to ask a question and in the middle of my question was transferred to another person (don't know if this was a different location or department? But I started speaking with a male and was put on hold, then the phone re-rang and a woman answered with no clue what I was talking about), I reasked my question and this woman very rudely told me they couldn't help me and hung up. I have used Walgreens forever. However the wait of over an hour to refill a prescription is unacceptable. You need to do something.

Convenient, always stocked, great sales after holidays and the pharmacy staff is always very nice. They get slammed by people so look at the times google provides for busy/not busy and go at an off time. They also have a fabulous nurse for vaccines. read more

The Mexican woman with black hair usually worn in a point tail is super rude. Every time my husband Iand I go in there she is rude. We asked to use the bathroom after picking up cat litter and a bunch of stuff for the house& she said "no,sorry" with an attitude. She didn't want to come unlock it for us and we are regular customers. Another time she criticized me for being on the phone asking my husband what he wanted for dinner saying "are you talking to yourself? Bad customer service. And the bathrooms are actually filthy. Was in there and made a $45 purchase. Asked about using the restroom and was told it was not "open to the public." I thought a customer did not could as "public"....many businesses say that, but if you are purchasing a meal or products in the store, you can use the restroom. And anywhere that has a pharmacy should have a restroom for people to use. I know this is not a Walgreens thing, as I have used the restroom recently at other locations. Folks need to be able to use a restroom...we lived in Seoul, South Korea, and signs on the streets pointed to where restrooms are available, and every subway station had clean restrooms. The US is lacking in that service, and Walgreens on Broadway should think about changing the policy for shoppers there. read more

DO NOT attempt to shop here if you have a mobility disability, (e.g. walking with a cane) !!! They do not provide shopping carts, so you are limited to purchasing only what you can carry in a basket, and they don't provide assistance to help with carrying items. The manager said they stopped providing carts because they get stolen too often, and corporate won't let them reorder. read more

Absolutely amazing pharmacy staff. Liv and Lihnda are absolutely helpful and helped me take care of my insurance issues with ease. Very sweet and they're trying so hard during these times.
