Do not send your prescriptions here. They do not answer questions. You have no idea how much things will cost and they won't answer a new pharmacy when you go to transfer meds to a local one. I was really hoping this company would be better than Alto but that's not been the case. Starting to wonder if I should just go back to traditional pharmacies to stop dealing with tons of issues. The communication is awful (lacking). I feel for the folks working there doing the best they can, but I imagine don't have the resources they need to be successful. Also tired of the app and company saying things like "Hi dear." No. If you don't need a lot of meds and somehow it works for you, great. It's become a nightmare for me. I started using Capsule in February of 2022. I could get my prescriptions delivered same day, usually within a few hours. Also the support staff was easy to contact via text and were very helpful. Now a days, it usually takes 2-3 days to get my meds delivered to me & support is slow to respond if they ever do, plus they are rude now. I don't know what happened, maybe they got too popular too fast. I switched back to a small brick & mortar pharmacy just three miles from my house. The customer support is much better than with Capsule. It's a shame, this was a great pharmacy, but it went straight down the toilet. read more

Long story short... Capsule continues to disappoint: I've had delivery people sign for my prescriptions (very concerning)...I've been standing at my door just to have the driver drive off without delivering my prescriptions, I've been stood up twice (no call no show) not a damn thing, only when I reach out do I find why they are so inept. They say... "oh it looks like the driver didn't show up today"! (and you just found out at 7:30pm?) Well thanks for having me wait for the 3 hour window only to have no f**king delivery of much needed medication. They say you will have to reschedule the delivery. The thing is the next delivery opening is 3 days away! This service totally sucks! If you have a choice, do not use them!!! THEY SUCK! read more

The stopped filing an rx. They claimed they couldn't order it from their warehouse, another time it was on back order from the manufacturer, the next... they told me to go find another pharmacy and then they would transfer. My belief is they was doing it over the costs as I then went to Walg**** and the day they took the RX I got a text it was on back order, then told me I didn't have to do anything, then 2 days later it was ready for pickup. Meantime Capsule has no back order system, and you have to constantly beg them in chat to see if the order can be fulfilled. This issue along with repeated delivery issues, no driver notifications until they leave and say you want there. The latest delivery for a pain med was supposed to occur 4-7p, the next I go to see why no delivery yet, and they had marked the delivery to go to their own office. This company is a mess. read more

Well, it was good until it wasn't. It's 10:39pm and my order with mine and my kiddo's prescriptions were supposed to be delivered by 7pm. Literally no communication from Capsule about it. At 9pm, I decided to contact them and was told they were still going to deliver. I don't have time to stay up and wait as my nephew is visiting and sleeping in the front room. This isn't the first time they have been over an hour late. I have had meds forgotten about four or five times because the courier didn't notice there was a bag and a box. They like to say they will deliver same day, but no more. I didn't think I would consider returning to Walgreens, but I need a reliable pharmacy and Capsule just isn't it anymore. read more

This service was a godsend the first 3 times we used them for my son's meds, which are a controlled substance and a nightmare to regularly fill a chain pharmacy. Except tonight, the meds literally never showed up. I was on hold for 1.5 hours, sent text messages, chats thru the app. No response and now it's 930pm. The app still says it's set to arrive at 7pm. My son cannot go to school without these meds. Just not sure who I can put my trust in now. read more

Like everyone else here it was great until it was not. I was happy to find a pharmacy that delivers controlled medication and was referred to them from my PA. Well the first issue I had was they wouldn't fill my pain meds because they were "out of stock" and never even changed that. My second issue like others here was the medication was to be delivered one evening and it never came. I called and it was sent the next day. 3rd issue was I contacted them over a week ago because my medicine was saying the 24th when it should have been the 22nd and they switched it to the right date. Well here we are the 22nd and they're now saying it has to be ordered and will be delivered the 24TH! Why couldn't they tell me that when I reached out ahead of time?? Looks like they don't care because the reviews for these issues go back months. I understand there is a shortage on certain medications but it just sucks not being able to plan ahead with these things. read more

Capsule is pretty good! Delivery is easy and convenient. I have used them for over a year now. But I've noticed that their delivery times aren't as available as they used to be. I usually could get same day delivery, but now I have to wait at least a day to have medications deliverer. So that's been a bummer, especially when you/your child is sick and needs medication right away - they are able to fill very quickly - within an hour or so - BUT then you can't get it delivered for at least a day (full 24+ hours). There was one time I was able to get same day delivery of antibiotics for my daughter who had strep throat after chatting with them, explaining, and on the verge of begging, but other times I've asked they have not been able to do so; instead, they suggest you come pick up from their physical pharmacy, which is downtown Denver (and not convenient if you are in the suburbs) - not something you want to have to do if you or your child is sick. So that's the reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars. For routine medicine each month, it's great! For immediate medication needed for an acute illness, it's can be not so great. But overall I like it. read more

I can't depend on the pharmacy to deliver a prescription. 2-3 times now I have ordered a prescription to be delivered and they failed to deliver it. They claim I wasn't home. I was home waiting for my phone call. This last time I found a number calling me twice but I was unable to contact the number back. The number appeared to have a block on receiving calls. Each time I was suppose to get a prescription I was home and my phone was available. I checked my number with Verizon to see if there was a problem and my number was OK. I don't know what the problem is but each time it didn't work so I couldn't have it delivered. There also seems to be confusion about what my proper telephone number is. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNRELIABLE, LACKS COMMUNICATION. They gave a three hour window (4pm-7pm) and didn't show up. They also don't communicate. I only got updated information by reaching out to them. I was told an ETA 35 mins later. A full hour later 8pm I had to reach out again for an update and was told ETA 10:50pm. More than 3 hours later than the last ETA. How can this even be? Completely unacceptable and unsafe. This company is dishonest and not being transparent about what is really going on. read more

Literally a "Delivery" Pharmacy that can't deliver. Had given multiple chances, same issues. All on the delivery persons side.

Capsule was recommended by my new doctor after I moved to Denver. My first couple of months went ok. After that it was a nightmare. My doctor prescribed a medication that required a prior authorization from my insurance company. My insurance company gave them a prior authorization that was good for one year. But every month when I tried to get my prescription filled, they told me a prior authorization was required. So my prescription was delayed for a week or more each time I tried to fill it. I've moved to a new pharmacy and I don't have these problems anymore. It's a great concept, but unfortunately for me it didn't work. Consider me a former customer with no plans to ever use this company again. I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled on January 9th. My medication isn't one you stop abruptly. So I've been in full blown withdrawal for almost 2 weeks. Thankfully I will have my medication again tomorrow from a new pharmacy. My wife is going to transfer her prescriptions to another pharmacy as well. I hope you all have better luck than I did. I don't feel like my business is important to them, so I'm moving on. read more

if you like being treated like crap and as if you're a stupid child capsule is perfect for you! if you love ridiculous waits and your pharmacy always being out of your meds again capsule is for you! if you love them entering pick up dates wrong causing you to have to wait 5-6 days for your meds and absolutely go without these are your guys! if you ask them a question or shoot any logic or common sense their way they get too stunned to work or speak. They always are needing to call your doctor for a made up issue and your doctor's office apparently answers for the entire world just not capsule when they call. They say they leave voicemails with your doctor and my doctor doesn't even have voicemail during office hours. It seems to be ran b the cast of mean girls and they love laughing at your pain.
