There were 3 people working the pharmacy that day. Christina, Roman, and Dave. They were the worst, Christina and Roman had these ghetto girl attitudes that were gross for professionals in the health industry. They didn't want to help figure out what was wrong with the prescription I was trying to fill, even though I had filled this prescription out a million times before with the same insurance as always. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with these unprofessional people who think they are above helping the community out, even if that is the job. They wouldn't take an extra step to figure out what the deal was it was like they almost enjoyed being able to say no and if that's how you want to live your life great but not in this job. They should be ashamed, they could have made my husband seriously sick if it were not for our insurance carriers taking the extra step to make them see what they were doing wrong in the system. If your job is getting people medicine so they don't have complication or live a longer better life and going an extra mile to help people in need; then DO the job. If you want to play Bon Quí Qui with peoples lives go do that somewhere it doesn't matter. Like Burger King, you can hand out all the attitude and still try to make people sick with food, not medicine. Shame on this team because they were so embarrassing/ghetto even by Walmart standards. read more
