Overall, I love Costco, but there are some drawbacks. THE GOOD: Costco usually has high quality products that they back up with their fantastic return policy - you can return nearly anything at anytime, no questions asked! That alone makes me shop here. For example, many years ago, I returned a two year old dvd player that had stopped working. I received full cash back even though I didn't even have a receipt...on a two year old dvd player! I have purchased 5 or 6 TVs and lots of furniture, along with food and consumables (paper towels, tp, soap, cleaning supplies, etc) from Costco and rarely have problems. I have complete trust that Costco sells high quality products and if there is ever a problem, they will stand behind the item (unlike most retailers). Free food samples is great too. THE BAD: This location, like most locations, is insanely crowded. Now, this is primarily a reflection on Costco for running a great business, but it does get annoying to have to battle crowds most of the time. Also, Costco has a no gun policy, which I do not appreciate. Most locations do not have the little no gun sticker near the entrance way, but the no guns thing is in their agreement when you sign up for membership. read more

The kiosk staff are neither AT&T nor Costco employees but are contracted through a third party, making them unaccountable to either company for their actions or unprofessional behavior. Their dismissive attitude, such as telling us they didn't have time for detailed answers, was frustrating enough. However, their incompetence in entering the correct shipping address has caused me hours of calls and significant frustration. Even AT&T corporate stores are aware of these recurring issues. Due to their error, my phones were undeliverable, and now I face weeks of delays while waiting for returned phones and credits to process before I can even restart the order. Thankfully, one diligent FedEx driver went door-to-door in our Las Sendas subdivision of 80 homes and was able to deliver three out of the five phones I ordered. The remaining two phones are still missing, and I'm stuck in a lengthy credit process. While I would gladly cancel everything, I've already traded in my old phones and have no alternative. I strongly caution others about the incompetence at these kiosks, no matter how tempting the promotions may seem. I would rather pay more with T-Mobile than deal with the headaches caused by this experience. read more

Costco is hands down the best store for value, quality, and variety! From fresh produce to bulk household essentials, everything is top-notch. Their Kirkland Signature products are consistently impressive, often rivaling or surpassing name brands. The employees are always friendly and helpful, making every visit a positive experience. The food court is a hidden gem--where else can you get a delicious $1.50 hot dog combo? Plus, their return policy is unbeatable, which gives me complete confidence in my purchases. Not pleasant during snowbird season. The parking lot is dangerous and the aisles are packed with people standing where ever they dang well please. The actual costco itself seems crowded. Too much stuff, but not enough room for people and carts. There is always a line to check out. It seems like with so many employees standing and "helping" upfront that they could open all of the cash registers. The location is convenient. If you can get in and out as soon as they open, its bearable. read more

On one of my visits earlier in the year I found a newer modem for $60 that was marked down from $150. Amazon had for $160. On my most recent visit, Pillowfort brand items were 25% off. They make really cute decorations for kids' rooms. They also have a line of popular weighted stuffed animals (vary from 2-3lb). Full disclosure, our house has at least 8 different Pillowfort weighted animals sitting around. The kids and our cat loves them...and I enjoy the feeling of them on my legs or chest when relaxing. The grocery area has many of the items you will find at other supermarkets but you can find discounted chicken breasts and butcher items here within a few days of their pull date. If you get the Target card, you get 5% back on all of your Target purchases as well as help Target donate money to schools and charities.

Today, Roselia completely changed my mind. As soon as she looked at my feet, she noticed how narrow they are and explained that the sandals simply needed to be adjusted properly. She took the time to carefully adjust every strap until they fit exactly as they should. The difference was incredible. Once everything was adjusted, they were as comfortable as everyone says they are. I ended up purchasing my first pair of Birkenstocks, and thanks to Roselia, I know they won't be my last. Roselia never made me feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right fit. She is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive--exactly the kind of employee every retailer hopes to have.
