Honestly for how amazing Costco is - this is the worst Costco. Constantly crowded the rudest people work here. I've been yelled at by so many of the door greeters it's almost comical for things I do at every other Costco. For example going to the rest room before a shopping trip. They told me I couldn't go it. And when the return line was long they wouldn't let me in the store with the items. Some stores use a sticker system. Anyway for a company I adore the people at this location are horrible - especially the ones who work the check in and check out.

Definitely one of the bigger and better Costcos in Maryland. This location has a gas station. The parking is so so and can get crazy on the weekends. Their selection of goods is excellent, definitely a level 3 Asian Costco, so all the Asian goodies on top of the usual Costco things. The food court is decent size and serves relatively quickly. The staff here are always pleasant and friendly. Bathrooms are newer and clean. Overall an above average Costco for sure.

I had a horrible experience today with one of their baggers. He was such in a foul mood today that he actually hit me with the cart. I complained to the manager already about him. It was another bad experience here in this costco. When he hit me even if it's an accident he did not say sorry. He did not apologize and i was standing there waiting for an apology and he ignored me and just went on his way. I was so mad. I spoke to a manager and she apologized and she mentioned that they already had one complaint regarding his behavior. The manager know who i was talking about.

Absolutely the worst experience shopping there today April 28, 2026. First I was sad to discover no chicken potpies. Thats ok as maybe it is a season item. My daughter had already tried finding them at Owings Mills and not luck so I went to Elkridge. Anyway as I waited in the long line for self checkout a staff member asked to scan my Costco card. I showed my card and she scanned it. I had no idea why since the register required it. Well I checked out and decided to purchased a hotdog and drink. The machine was malfunctioning and provided no receipt after I paid. I went to customer service and a man wanted me to use my credit card to try again. Now why would I purchase twice. Then he sent me to another staff member that suggested the same thing and both suggested a different machine. Again I had already paid so just get me a hotdog. Then I leave without my food only to get home to discover that when I was asked to show my card the lady scanned my two chickens. I had also scanned them so I had paid for four chickens even though I had only purchased and left the store with two. You would have thought the guy that marks your receipt at the door would have seen only two of the four the receipt said. It wasn't until I got hope that I realized the lady had scanned my chickens and so had I. This meant for a trip back to the store to get refunded for two chickens. I will say two women staff members were helpful to correct this but the three men were useless employees who allowed a customer to leave angry never wanting to return. And I would not have returned if I hadn't needed to get refunded for the double charge. One would think they would explain that they scanned my items and I only needed to scan my card to complete my purchase. However when she scanned these chickens I was three feet from the register when the line started half way to the rear of the store. Seems some staff training is desperately needed at this store. This is why I prefer BJ's just a few miles away.

Water damage on the ceiling of the floor below the dishwasher

We ordered a dishwasher through Costco - and At Your Service Repair was the third-party installer that Costco selected. At Your Service Repair was responsive and on time, but the overall experience was disappointing. They cut into our cabinetry without asking for permission, left debris behind for my wife to clean up, and may have caused water damage to our home. While the dishwasher had no leaks, we didn't have any issues before installation, but now have water damage on the ceiling under where the dishwasher was installed. The liability claim was denied by Costco and At Your Service Repair (which I didn't know until I called in to customer service and still haven't been given a reason why it was denied), leaving us frustrated and stuck with the bill.

Came to this location for a regular weekly run & noticed some of the holiday sale items like to share with you all. These are greatly discounted items. I'd also like to mention, Throughout the years, I noticed this location tends to have some of the items many Frederick, Arundel Mills or other nearby locations don't carry. So in case if you are looking for anything particular and couldn't find elsewhere, do check out here.

This location is in a strip mall with lots of stores. The employees are nice. Masks were optional for vaccinated customers. The selections are decent. The one advantage BJ's Warehouse has over Costco is selling smaller sizes items. I prefer buying six small jars of olives instead of one giant container. The sample people are back.

Bought these on June 8th.... Disappointed but not surprised as there have been many times I've seen out of date product or items with several labels on them with differing dates on the sales floor. As much as I love Costco, this is just ridiculous. A full week past expiration and it's still out for sale?? Luckily looked at the date before preparing it. Would not recommend buying meat from this location if this is the standard they are comfortable with. Do better, Costco. Just absolutely ridiculous.

Comment: Avoid the fruits. They are sprayed with chemicals to look good on the shelf, but they are often rotten or passed their due date.

I was out of several things and wanted to stock up on a few as well to not have to do another run for a while. Came in here, ran up and down each aisle, grabbing everything I had on my list and then some. Some things were impulsive, others where necessities. I had that cart packed full. Top, bottom, and even the seats. What I love about this store is the app. As I went up and down the aisles, I could scan to add it to the app so I could checkout faster. Any time you scan an item, and if you have not already clipped a coupon, it would pop up to let me know there was one available. Saving me money on that grand total. I felt like I was on a game show. Best part, when I was finished, I could pay and go out the front door. Well, kind of. This is where things went off the rails. I got in line to exit. I was the next person in line and the lady in front of me was having a moment. Wanting every item checked off her receipt. A line was starting to form behind me. This lady was still going through her whole receipt. Then it felt like there was going to be a savior for us all that were standing in this line for up to ten minutes. Another employee showed up to help clear the exits. But...remember how I scanned and checked out on the app? Yeah, well, this other employee told us that if you paid that way you had to continue to stand behind this lady. For real, I have been here for ten minutes. I seriously contemplated just walking out the door without having my receipt checked. If I stood in that line for that long waiting for a deranged lady have her whole cart scanned, I think you can bet I paid for everything in my cart. When that lady was finally cleared out, the employee working the 'app line' was able to clear the rest of us. All he had to do was scan the code on our phone and then a few items in the cart. Why couldn't the other employee just take the scanner and do that to get the people who were waiting out the door?

Now there are two near me and I had to check it out. First as a VIP member I had to return a pair of shoes within 90 days of purchase. At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

I stopped in before shopping to see if I could get an appointment and was able to see Dr. Jan right away! Dr. Jan was friendly and professional the whole time and addressed all of my concerns about my vision. In the end he told me I was in between my current prescription and the next so I could go either way but since I've been noticing that my vision had worsened I could move to the next prescription. This was a great first visit and I will definitely be back even though this location is a bit of a hike for me. Highly recommend Dr. Jan!

Terrible Experience & Unprofessional Handling of Insurance…read more I arrived at this office dealing with severe eye irritation that left my left eye swollen shut and highly sensitive to light. Unfortunately, the care and professionalism I received matched the physical pain I was in. Upon entering, the staff was unapproachable and cold, and Dr. Jan addressed me only by name to give staff directions in front of me while entirely skipping a basic greeting. Before my exam, which included a painful laser photo that left me needing a moment to recover. I explicitly verified my insurance coverage again. Despite having called ahead to confirm insurance, receiving two text reminders, and having the appointment confirmed day-of, the receptionist shouted across a crowded, very small waiting room immediately after my procedure: "You can't see the doctor without paying out of pocket. We don't take "Name of insurance!" She literally yelled outloud the name of my medical insurance carrier. When I reasonably asked why my appointment and insurance had been repeatedly confirmed beforehand, the receptionist simply shrugged her shoulders coldly and demanded I leave, while Dr. Jan closed her office door to avoid the situation steps away from me. To be subjected to public humiliation while in acute physical pain, with zero empathy, compassion, or accountability from the staff or the physician is completely unacceptable. I left in pain and deeply disappointed by this establishment. Avoid this office inside of Costco if you expect basic respect and competent administrative communication.
