Tasha , Superior customer service!
Robin M.

My husband and I just had the BEST experience from the Optical department from an associate by the name of TASHA .We thought she was the Manager !. My husband was only going to purchase 1 pair of glasses ,he end up buying 2 pair! She took her time explaining and listening to all my husband questions and concerns and making sure the center of his vision was centered and marked the glasses for pickup . NOW that is ***** Customer service. Friendly and Knowledgeable consumers ask for Tasha . She the Best That made his birthday in which is today!

This salmon was pre-seasoned with cooking instructions, just remove the lid and pop in the oven: totally recommended. Came out very good!

It's so funny how when a lady asked me to apply for an executive club membership, I said "no" because I don't come here that often. I've been coming here a lot more and more than what I said to the lady when I first applied for membership years ago. I really love that there is a Costco close to me. This Costco has great selection of items and I always get what I need. The one con about going to Costco is everything is big. What I mean is if I need just a carton of milk it comes in a pack of three. But the price is right. Costco always has great holiday items. Costumer service is ok. I rarely need to ask for help. Unless I go to Optical or their foodcourt area and then when you check out. That's the only real reaction with employees at Costco.

I booked an appointment to have my tires replaced. When arrival, just park on the tire space for customers. The staff got my information and provided an estimate of 1 hour and 15 mins. My wife and I shopped around to kill time for a bit. When we were at the register, the lady scanned my membership and told us we are eligible for a 2% discount since we moved to Oakley. We just need to update our address at the membership counter. I was really surprised and didn't knew at all. After everything was done in about an hour, we waiting at the tire shop. One of the staff came and said the car was ready which was pretty quick than the estimated time. What I liked was how the staff done an amazing job explaining everything in detail.

So as friends, family and Co-Workers (Yeah I am talking about you) will attest we have a obsession with Costco. So much so we have a set of Costco Rules we live by (after the review). This is your typical Costco and it flows in a clockwise direction from the entrance. You have your typical array of electronics and season items int he front and center and work you way back to the meat and freezer sections As I stated in my review of the the Mountain View location, we do have some rules to help keep our obsession under control: 1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there. 2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress. 3) Avoid the weekends like the plague. 4) See #1 5) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG 6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * aka "The Death Star" on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out. 7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas. (Same on Kauai)

And Hot Dog

I really only come to COSTCO for the food. If you are short on money, or trying to get a quick bite, this is the spot. You don't need their membership in order to eat at their food court. COSTCO is well known for that hot dog value: $1.50 for a hot dog AND a drink! You could never beat that. Pizza is $1.99, and the slice is generous and delicious. I do have a membership I had been given, but I don't shop here because it's not worth it for me. In my opinion, COSTCO is great to buy in bundles. Perfect for families and numerous people for a long time. Since I live alone, I don't need to purchase these bundles, that are naturally more expensive But COSTCO is a winner, and it always stay busy. The one here in Pittsburg is full of deals, with electronics, glasses and numerous things to look at. Parking is big, so you'll be okay to at least get a spot

We were in the neighborhood, and I needed to fill up my car's tank. My wife also wanted to return…read moretwo pairs of pants she had bought that didn't fit right, and I was looking for a shirt I had seen at our local Costco, but they didn't have it in my size. So, after getting gas, we decided to check out the warehouse. As it turned out, this is one of the better Costco locations I've visited. It seemed bigger than our San Francisco location, and I found the shelves and merchandise to be well organized. I quickly found the shirt I wanted in the right size, and while my wife was doing her thing, I walked around and browsed the aisles. Although I wasn't looking for shoes, I came across a pair of Ben Sherman sneakers on sale. The reduced price was so good that I couldn't resist. I tried them on; they fit, and I ended up buying them!

And you need to leave right now!!he didn't even let him explain about my health issues. I ended up having an episode just right outside,I felt discriminated and humiliated by this person. As far as I'm concerned service dogs are allowed anywhere being support for medical conditions, tomorrow I'm contacting corporate and thinking about a sue against place and mostly against this unprofessional and disrespectful "Manager" Esteban P.s he stated : service dogs don't bark,of course they will sir, they do when alert you about your medical condition I didn't say nothing at the moment just left because I didn't want any problems.

A frustrating checkout experience followed by no response from management…read more On September 25, I visited the Concord Sam's Club shortly after opening to avoid the crowds. I normally use Scan & Go, but the app repeatedly refused to let me sign in, even after I changed my password. I waited for a staffed register, only to discover I couldn't access my digital membership to complete the purchase there either. The cashier directed me to the membership desk for a temporary card. One associate was assisting another member with a return, so I waited about another ten minutes. When it was my turn, the computers at the desk weren't working either. She called for help several times before another employee arrived, got a computer working, and issued my temporary card. By then, approximately 25 minutes had passed while I had hot and cold groceries sitting in my cart. The register line had grown considerably, so I ultimately used self-checkout. The employees tried to help, and I appreciated their efforts. The membership associate even offered to let me use her card, which I politely declined because I wanted my purchases recorded under my own membership for receipts and possible returns. I sent a letter to Rick, the club manager, on September 25 explaining what happened and asking for a response. As of October 5, I have received no acknowledgment or reply. Technology can fail. What I expect from a paid membership is a workable backup procedure and a response when I raise a concern. This experience fell short on both.
