Very upset at the fact that I called to place my order and show up to the store and my order was not placed AT ALL. I placed my order at the store, went to go pick it up, and when I came back home my order was completely wrong :( I called back the store to address the situation but they did nothing to help me out and wanted me to go back after I was there back to back. Since I didn't have a menu from them, I went and ordered takeout at the restaurant. I figured it would take around 30 mins. First of, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was told that my order would take 15 minutes, and was out in less than 10 (got lucky and caught them as the ribs and chicken were just coming off the spit). Now comes the food... I got chicken and ribs with fries (I'm not a fan of the rice from most of these Portuguese bbq places, but that's a whole review in and of itself). Everything was solid! Not impressed at all. I've drive by and wanted to check it out. The best part was the bread. The server walks starting at the floor. If you want condiments you have to ask for them and they only bring one at a time. So ask for salt, pepper and olive oil or you won't see it. This is your typical Portuguese BBQ restaurant. I entered through the takeout section of the restaurant and ordered half barbecue chicken with vegetables and boiled potatoes. Chicken was very tough with no seasonings. Even salt was very limited. Vegetables were watery with no seasoning and so were the potatoes. I tried to put oil and vinegar to just to see if it would add on taste and it was still bad. Chicken was so tough I had to throw it out. What a shame I was looking so forward to enjoying my dinner as I had worked all day and I was starving. I'm not coming back here that is for sure. read more

So in case you didn't know Costas now has a restaurant side to it ! It's really nice and they even have a cute outdoor seating area. I came on a Monday for dinner and as expected it was pretty much empty . My friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant ( of course the BBQ side was pretty busy as usual) . The waiter was very nice and brought us bread, butter and olives to the table . I ordered the picadinho mixto and my friend the grilled beef ribs . My picadinho was good but I've had better . Felt like the sauces was missing flavor . As for the ribs my friend liked her dish . I definitely plan on going back maybe on a weekend and try other plates read more

I absolutely love Costa's. Over the years they really have developed as a business and I honestly think the food has gotten so much better. Now they have an outside patio area and restaurant which shows that the business is growing. The service is always friendly and the food leaves you wanting more. Saw this place had good reviews online and got takeout. Ordered half an order of pork ribs with baked potato and broccoli as sides for $12.50. This is a huge amount of food! There are 2 full baked potatoes in there and a lot of broccoli. I ate half of this and was full. Ribs were tender and juicy and potato was soft and buttery. Both make for a very satisfying meal when put together. I also love the sausage appetizer but be warned it is salty. You'll want something like veggies or rice to cut it. I recently tried their ham and cheese empenada for the first time. It was a *bit* too salty for me but it definitely packed some serious flavor punch!
